Monica was very quick to solve the check in issue. (I never rec’d or signed rental agreement) Clean houseGreat kitchen 3 days of beach red flags (can’t blame host for that - that’s the chance you take in September) but a great family get together!

This beach house exceeded our expectations! Every room was clean and inviting. The kitchen was well stocked, there were plenty of towels and wash cloths for each bathroom and the beds were all very comfortable…including the pillows!! The pool was very inviting. We will definitely be staying here again!

We were 8 people and we were very comfortable. Two bathrooms were tough but we made it work. The pool was wonderful and a short walk to the beach was great. The washer and dryer were a plus. Really enjoyed our stay!

The location to the beach and to restaurants and actitives was perfect! We enjoyed the open concept dining, kitchen, living areas. The front porch and view of the ocean was my favorite morning and evening spot to relax. Amenities galore and plenty of parking. I would 100% recommend this house to any and everyone I know!

Perfect house for the kids and plenty of beach/pool supplies on site. Across the street from the beach but right next to a beach access entrance. Took our group with multiple small kiddos less than 2 minutes to get to the beach. Property manager was very responsive to answer any questions. House was clean and kitchen was stocked with plenty of cookware/utensils.

For context, my husband and I traveled with our 2 dogs, our 3 kids (19, 16, and 12) and two teenage friends (19 and 16). This was the cutest little place with the absolute best location for the price. You are literally only about 30 steps from the public beach access. It's incredibly convenient, and the beach was never as crowded as other areas on the coast line. We could always find a setup spot right near the access point. The pool was popular with the kids too for a break from the sand and saltwater. After about 5:30pm the pool is shadded from the setting sun by adjacent buildings and wonderful for evening swims.The house is fully equipped with anything you could need for beach or pool use. House was clean and cozy and the multiple large fans in the main room made sitting in the living area so enjoyable. The rooms and beds made for perfect sleeping arrangements for our crew and the kitchen had everything we needed for homecooked meals all week. We can't wait to come back.

Perfect stay!

The house was perfect for our whole family and our toddlers! The beach right across the street and pool in the back made it the best of both worlds for the adults and kids! We will for sure be back!

Great place to stay!!

Super Clean and overall a wonderful stay! We have no complaints. This was our first time renting a house and we will certainly do it again. It was a great experience. One thing that isn’t mentioned that makes this place great, there are a few cut thru’s to get to the beach and this place is next to one. If you have small children you may want to keep this in mind.

Perfect spot on the beach!

Very clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained. My favorite part was sitting on the front porch in morning with a cup of coffee. Location is right down from a convenience store and far enough away from the main drag that traffic was light in front of the property.

Excellent

This is my second year with itrip and fins up. Everything was excellent and hopefully will be able to stay again next year. The house is very nice and perfect for our family. All communication with itrip was excellent as well.

Stocked appropriately.

We stayed here for a week in October 2022, 4 adults, 4 teens, and 2 kids. There was more than enough room for all of us. Plenty of beach chairs, if you don’t want to drag yours from home.

Fins Up was Great

We have stayed in quite a few beach houses and this one was one of the cleanest. very neat and orderly. The pillows were nice and white. It was also very nice to have use of the pool house toys, beach chairs, wagon, etc. which saved us from hauling those items across 4 states to use our own.

Beautiful Beach House

This house was even more than we expected. The location to the beach was excellent. Just right across the street. Lots of seating in the living room for eveyone. Large kitchen that was fully stocked. Our grandson loved the swings under the deck. Pool was nice and clean. Loved all the pool items stocked in the storage room. Highly recommend for large family. We were a family of 8 and had plenty of room.

Nice place

Nice house, good location. Some stains on furniture(which is to be expected). Mattresses were terrible was my only reason for not renting again.

Nice place

Needs 3rd bathroom and separate ice maker. Pool access through bedrooms not ideal. Listing needs to state coffee pot also accommodates K-cups Pool was awesome and beach access very nearby

Isolation getaway

We had another vacation scheduled that was cancelled due to this crazy virus but needed the getaway. I booked this house last minute and I'm so glad I did! It was a PERFECT place to relax and lose a little stress. My only regret is that I couldn't bring my whole family with me. Just my husband and I in this huge place but it was more than expected. The decor, beds, pool, everything was just right! We will definitely be back to this house and I cant wait!

Amazing Beach Property!

Fins Up is a true gem! We had a total of 7 in our party: 4 adults, 2 preteens, and a 6 year old. We had more than enough beds for everyone. The private in-ground pool was a huge hit. There were enough beach chairs, toys, etc in the pool house for all of us, which was phenomenal since we drove 8+ hours and had little room for all of our supplies. Toilet in the pool house was very beneficial. The walk to the beach was super easy. You can see and hear the ocean from the front porch. Just a wonderful place! Will definitely be looking at this property for future beach trips!

Amazing Stay in Gulf Shores

Fins Up was an amazing property for our family's spring break. Our trip included a family with four kids - ages 9 to 16 - plus the grandparents. Everything about the place was perfect.The location is 2-3 miles from the main strip in Gulf Shores, which was no problem for us.It's about 100 yards from a public beach access, so very easy to go back and forth from the beach throughout the day.The layout of the place is perfect for a larger family - easily supporting our party of 8 with some extra space.Communication with the property owner was great - we had a very minor issue arise and I notified the property owner more on a basis of a heads-up and 30 minutes later someone showed up to resolve the issue.Gulf Shores itself was great - a laid back beach environment with plenty of restaurants and activities. About a 20 minute drive from Orange Beach which is more built up with large condo buildings.

Great home away from the hustle and bustle of condos. While the house is across the street from the beach, the walk was faster than dealing with condo elevators and crowds. We were able to setup at the beach without having to worry about staying behind the condo lounges and umbrellas. The home itself was perfect for our family of 10 and our Malabo pup. We put all four kids in the loft area, which they loved. The pool was great. Kitchen was fully stocked. Beds were comfy. The only thing I could say needed updates are the towels. They are your standard white hotel towels. But that is due to me being very picky about towels. Communication with our host was a breeze. Very responsive with clear instructions on check in and out. We will definitely visit again.

Beach Perfection!

Truly perfect beach rental for a family or group of friends. And we are picky. Location is just across the small street and practically on the beach, amazing views from the large porch, a private pool (we didn’t swim due to our stay being during the cold months), and X-large garage storage room for beach items which would be super convenient during summer/ warm months. Would be easy with children or elderly. There is 1 staircase for entry. The rooms are very comfortable and the loft is truly a 4th bedroom with 2 double beds and sitting area/ TV. The decor is completely updated and beautiful. The kitchen is very well stocked as we were able to make breakfast and our favorite meals such as Hawaiian ribeyes. 2 blenders were perfect for peach milkshakes in 1 and adult options in the other. The living area is cozy and we enjoyed competing in the numerous board games at night. The location was quiet despite having neighbors on both sides and being a Spring Break week. Very short drive down to the HangOut and shopping or restaurants. (We always bring our own bath soap, Tp, laundry detergents, coffee, etc, There was a good starter supply for all. Bring your coffee and cooking spices. The coffee maker offers a carafe or use of K-cups. ). We had a wonderful stay and will rent again!

Great place to stay!!

Fins up is a great place to stay! Very clean. Awesome pool! Great view - seeing the ocean out the front was the best. Kitchen has everything you could need. We loved staying here and would definitely stay there again.

Fins Up is Excellent

We loved everything about this property. Closeness to beach and to downtown Gulf Shores. The pool was amazing. We almost felt bad for other people because our pool was huge! Well kept and the decor was so happy feeling inside. Truly a wonderful vacation-recommended for anyone looking for a place!
