FINS UP is a four bedroom, two bath home (+ partial bath and outdoor shower on ground level) with a private POOL and GULF VIEWS on West Beach in Gulf Shores! Your kids will LOVE our spiral slide and swing play area! You will be just steps away from putting your toes in the sand, but just 2.5 miles from the center of town where the Hangout is located. This stunning beach house has recently been remodeled with beautiful beach colors and decor.
Three bedrooms are on the 1st floor, with a large loft bedroom upstairs. The spacious living room with soaring ceilings is open to the kitchen and dining area.
Fins Up Pet-friendly with preapproval and $150 pet fee for up to two dogs.

• From your back porch, you overlook your private pool in the backyard. The front porch overlooks the sparkling blue gulf waters across the street.
• New luxury vinyl flooring is throughout the home.
• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you could need in your home away from home. The dining room table seats up to 8 (6 chairs currently at table and two you can pull up from living area) and there are four bar stools for additional seating.
• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit
• The living room has a sofa sleeper and a 55" TV
• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed with a TV
• The second bedroom has a king-size bed with a TV
• The third bedroom has a queen-size bed with a TV
• The loft has two queen-size beds with TV
• The partial bath is located under the home and is also the storage area for beach chairs, toys and pool accessories for guest use! There is also an outdoor shower near the pool. We have a cozy porch swing so you can relax and watch your grill expert sizzle up the burgers. The kids will be entertained for hours with the swings under the house while a friendly game of ladder ball toss can be enjoyed by the rest of the group!
• The public beach access is a very short walk across the street and we provide a wagon for bringing the beach gear.

• Wireless internet access is provided, there is no cable or satellite TV, but we have smart TVS for your streaming service.
