This condo is also equipped with a full kitchen and appliances for easy meal preparation, and it has entertainment amenities like cable (in the living room) and Smart TVs (in the bedrooms).

Spring Break

Walking in was impressive, but there was no wifi, no working DVD (we rented for grand child) and we ended up leaving a day earlier as ran out of hot spot on cell. Kitchen stove had issues and when leaving noted how dirty things were under beds, found a t shirt. Also, some utensils and dishes were dirty in cabinets/drawers. Lastly, we made various calls/texts to various vacasa reps. Only 1 said owner would consider reimbursement yet it has been a week, no further contact has been made back to us. This was a 'costly' vacation stay for what we anticipated would be great.

Perfect for Our Momā€™s Beach Trip

Great space and location for our Momā€™s Beach trip! Loved that it was near to public beach access. Balcony was nice. Easy checkin and checkout. Only negatives- furniture definitely needs to be updated (stained and sofa bed broken) & drainage issues in bathroom sink and tub. Overall, good value!

Was impressed with the ā€œtaken for grantedā€ amenities such as paper towels, dish detergent and even a small size shampoo and conditioner. Some places donā€™t provide these in condos. Wonā€™t lie, it was a rocky start with the shower. Could use but had major problems. Called the number provided and it was taken care of next day. Nicole provided us with great guest care. Never could get connected to internet. Took us to another website for whole different log-in. Weird. Slight inconvenience due to the fact we had college kids doing homework. Would definitely stay here again!

Great beach access, calm neighborhood, great for family vacations.

The property was very well kept up, we loved that we had easy access to the beach. We did have kids with us and the property was a great location. Amazing for our yearly family vacation.

Nice location, could use a few updates

Nice location. The people below us were LOUD, but eventually quieted down. The vents were REALLY dirty and could use a good cleaning. Right across the street from the ocean. Close to a small grocery store. It would be nice to have more amenities in the condo - like leave coffee, filters, etc. I've been in some VRBO properties that has spices, condiments, etc and those are always appreciated. Just an idea.

Good Value

The unit was very clean and check-in was easy. It was nice to have two queens (or full?) beds in the extra bedroom. It's a quick walk across the street to the beach. The balcony is nice and looks out over the pool area with palm trees. We only stayed two days, so we didn't use anything in the kitchen, but it seemed well supplied. The AC worked GREAT! Our only complaint is the pillows. We stacked as many as we could find to try and get comfortable, but they were all flat as pancakes. It made getting good sleep difficult.

Life is better at the beach at 207

The condo was clean, comfortable, and colorful. The condo had a wonderful beach theme and was across the street from the beach. The condo had lots of light, a cathedral celing, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The secret to getting the good shells is to wade into the water and bring a net! Prices double the 1st of March, and spring breakers start coming the second week of March. All we can say is: We plan to come again next year because the condo was great!!!

Perfect location just a short walk across the road to the beach.

Short walk to beach ,nice pools, convenience store just a few minutes away. Condo is nice has what u need . Could use some TLC in some places . Master bedroom cieling needed to be attended to. Overall the condo was nicely decorated and we enjoyed our stay . Down side I didnt read description properly...two flights of stairs to carry lots of baby stuff up and groceries.

Nice cozy condo

We loved the space that we had and how clean the place was upon arrival. The pool area was also great. Only complaint is the microwave handle was broken (still could use) and the toliet kept running, but I fixed it by tightening the chain. We canā€™t wait to come back

This place was awesome! Plenty of plates, silverware, appliances, kitchen space, etc for us to utilize. Very clean when we got there and the beds were so comfortable! We loved the front and back balcony and the easy access to the beach and pool. Itā€™s also right next to a convenience store you can quickly run to if you needed anything. Plenty of room for everyone and nice neighbors. Only thing was the wooden handle to the back balcony became loose in the beginning of the trip and was not very sturdy. But thatā€™s so minor, everything else was great and I totally recommend staying here!

5 day stay

We absolutely loved staying at this location. The place was impeccably cleaned and extra bedding was left for our use. The kids loved the balcony over looking the pools. Mom loves being able to hear the waves during the quiet mornings. Having a washer and dryer unit saved us having to do all the laundry from our 1 week vacation. We had an issue with the screen door coming away from the door frame but weā€™re able to get ahold of Vacasa rep who had the HOA come and fix it!

Clean and Great Location

Although the stove was broken when we first arrived, the manager had maintenance come and fix it very fast and efficiently. The condo was very clean, and in a great location within walking distance of many local shops and pubs. The beds were a bit hard, and there was a lot of over decorating going on that it was difficult to find a clear night stand to put your own stuff when unpacking. However, in all it was a great place to stay. Very clean, had everything we needed, great location, and great access to pools and the beach. Would recommend.

Loved it!

Great location, amazing beaches, quality condo for price! Comfortably slept 8 college students. Only complaint is the shower drain did not drain during shower but eventually drained after. Everything else was perfect! Definitely recommend!
