This charming condo offers lovely, peek-a-boo views of the sandy white beaches of Gulf Shores! The rental is equipped with a well-equipped, full kitchen with all the equipment you might need to whip up delicious meals. Watch your favorite shows and movies on the TVs, or head down to the two shared, outdoor pools.

This condo is located just steps from the beach. When you aren't relaxing on the sand, in the pool, or inside your rental, visit the Hangout and enjoy shopping, dining, and local entertainment, just half a mile away! This condo is also located close to the heart of Gulf Shores, and its many delicious restaurants, local shops, and exciting attractions.

There is no elevator at this complex. One flight to enter.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We enjoyed pool access to the beach, great location .needed more towels and floors were sticky ..other than that great place !! 10/10 will rent again in the future

Great Location

The location is very convenient when you have small children. You are close to Walmart and restaurants. Also your on the beach so you don’t have to drive to it.

Great Trip

I honestly thought we were across the street, so being beachside was an amazing surprise! We came in later in the night and we were confused but got it figured out quickly, and when we came up it was to the back door on accident, and getting everything figured out was so great, even though it was almost 11 at night!! the property was great!! we will definitely be back!! Thank you.

You get what you pay for

This place needs new floors, paint, furniture and decor. The walls are dirty looking and stained. The furniture might be from the 90s. The beds are super firm not comfortable at all. The location i give a 10/10 but that’s all i will give it. A warning on parking in the description would be helpful and maybe clean the walls. Im not 100% sure but i think there’s blood on the master bedroom wall. The ceiling fan blades all droop down towards the ground they’re for looks only. The decor is all rusted. The decks look like they could fall at any time. This place definitely needs a makeover. No sand is supposed to be in the room but yet there’s no where to wash your feet off. There’s a water hose but it’s locked. The location is the only thing that makes this place likeable. It’s not really worth the money at all. We won’t be staying here again and I doubt i will book anything through this owner again.

In desperate need of some maintenance and a new mattress!

Let me start by saying the location was great! And the pool was nice enough. Having to walk across the street for pool and trash eh no biggie as long as it’s clean and comfortable right?! However, we found someone else’s socks in one bedroom and cans wrappers in the other. One toilet didn’t flush but ran and you had to wait to flush again for it to go down. The ceiling fans were literally almost falling from the ceiling and made some scary noises every few minutes. There was a hole in the bathtub and a large hole in the paint above the tub. All of the furnishings were cheap and very worn. …and the mattress was enough to cancel the stay all together it was well past its life span and you could feel every single spring. It could be a great place with a little TLC and maintenance and a new mattress!

Sun and Sand

Property was a great location! Just a few steps from the beach. The place needs to be updated. The sheets were old and had holes in them. Both showers need a plumber. We didn’t do any cooking but we noticed the pots were in terrible condition and needed to be replaced. The laminated floor was old and tired, it needs to be replaced! The location of the property made up for the poor condition of the property.

Cheap place. No frills. None..

And not by the pool....pool is across 4 lane hwy....this condo is on beach side..nice. But not good for kids who want to be in the pool all day And pool has no public bathrooms.... expected to run back and forth to condo... ridiculous... No usable tap outside to clean sand off .... Good beach Just basic run down low rent condo...like an old super 8 or other cheap hotel. The pics are kinda true....just very old. This condo would be great if they maintained it...I loved the location... Hate that the pool isn't near... Just a cheap place by the beach

Quick Getaway

We enjoyed our quick getaway to Gulf Shores. The location was perfect!! We were so close to the water! It was easy to get on and off the beach and we could walk to shops, restaurants, and the mini mart. The pool was fine but it was located across the busy street so we didn't have easy access to it. The condo itself was dated and needs a lot of TLC--every wall needs to be painted. It was fine for just me and my husband because we were on the beach all day. But, although I thought it had been cleaned well prior to our arrival, it didn't seem to matter because no amount of cleaning could help the poor condition of the floors and the dated bathrooms/kitchen. The pantry was also kind of gross and had a smell. Overall, it was fine for our short stay but there are needed improvements!

not what I expected

the price and location are great but the furniture needs updated ( scratches, stains and rips ) the beds are uncomfortable, the dryer was turning itself off, the AC wasn't working right I keep my 3bedroom home at 72 and it's cool I had to set the AC at 69 just for the home to be bearable the second parking spot is across a 4 line highway along with the pool and trash then a tow a way notice was put on my car because my back bumper was out of the spot

No text phone call or email. There are no curtains in any bedroom so you’re awoken bright and early by the sun. The dishes are outdated. The dryer vents need to be cleaned. The shower is a whole problem. You can’t shower while someone else showered in the other bathroom. Half the water comes out of the shower head and the other out of the faucet.

Motel 6 is probably nicer...

This was the lowest quality place we have ever stayed. We were there with our four small children. The doors entering were covered in rust and significant corrosion, concerned about our kids getting hurt on them. The hinges on the gates to the stairs were also sharp and rusted. The dishes were horribly worn, old food drips on and in EVERY pot and pan, the shower head was horrendous with corrosion- I tried to turn the head because the spout was on par with a bucket bath and then it sprayed out horizontally out of the side of the showerhead and into the bathroom. The king mattress was comfortable... because there was a large, very stained old mattress topper with no mattress pad. The linens were also stained in multiple places. GROSS AND GROSS! The toilet in the common bathroom had a large blue splash of sticky old cleaner covering half of the seat! There were other concerns also, no knob on the bedside lamps to turn off and on, large broken Sheetrock places especially in window seal, not all burners working on range. Floor peeling especially at entrances, rust and debris on old air vents. The location is really nice, not having to cross the street especially with children, but we felt the accommodations were a safety hazard in itself.

Desperately needs updating. Water leaks into the kitchen when it rains. Close to the beach though.

The parking area under the unit was flooded upon checkin, but not unusable. Was able to get into the unit without issue. The door was very difficult to get to close with the deadbolt though, needs fixed or replaced. Also, they threaten you with a $25 fee if you don't haul your trash across the busy street to the dumpster before you leave. What's the cleaning fee for? Unit seemed clean enough, did find a used bandaid on the floor in one of the bedrooms though. The carpets needed replaced about 10 years ago, very stained and worn. I assumed they were cleaned, but tried to keep our stuff off the floors. Everything in the unit is just old and not well maintained. Day 2 it rained all day and water started leaking into the kitchen in about 5 spots. Down the cabinets, walls, through a crack next to the ceiling light. Put down towels and pots/pans to try and catch as much as possible and called the property manager (Vacasa). They offered to move us to a new unit, unfortunately it was about 35 minutes away. My wife spent quite a bit of time on the phone back and forth to try and come up with a solution. We ended up staying a second night in this unit so they could put us in a new unit close by for the last 2 nights of our trip (the alternative suggested was to move twice). No compensation since they considered this a free "upgrade". We had to spend an extra $45 to park at the new unit when we arrived. Stay away from this unit specifically, and Vacasa properties as a whole.

Great vacation

This was a last-minute booking. We were ecstatic when we got there. The view was great. The location was great. We could walk to restaurants and the market. We will definitely stay there again

Beach Steps Away

The room was clean. The beach was steps away from the room and the parking was very convenient. There was a pretty good view from the side patio of the beach. The condo next door has a slide so we enjoyed watching the people using it while we sat on the patio. The room was cold and the refrigerator and freezer were good. You have to cross 4 lanes of traffic to go to the pool and to take out your trash. It's a very no frills condo and hasn't been updated in years. The carpet is very worn and stained and should be replaced. It served it's purpose for our family.
