It's a perfect year round location to take advantage of all the activities that Steamboat has to offer. The free Steamboat Springs bus picks you up right out front every 15 minutes and it's a 5 minute ride to the Gondola, better than shuttles! You are also located directly on the core trail, and a short walk to the Yampa River which is beautiful and full of activities year round. There are three bedrooms with queen beds, including two master suites and another guest room on the main floor. The downstairs bunk room sleeps up to 6 people with two twin and two full beds, The large main living area is big enough for everyone to gather, has a fireplace and a 65" flat screen TV with surround for that evening movie or to watch big games. The bunk room also includes a TV and PlayStation.
