Beautiful condo in BEST LOCATION - Amazing Rates-Gorgeous Pool, Hot Tub, Firepit Just Downstairs, We just added new furniture and bedding (new mattresses and pillows), including a super comfortable, leather sectional with chaise lounge, 60 inch TV and a 27 inch LG monitor with hdmi cable for WFH. This beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is in one of the very best locations right next to the gondola. Walk just a mere 50 yards through One Steamboat Place's pedestrian walkway to the gondola, the Steamboat Children's center and ski school, and all the shops, restaurants, pubs, etc. in Gondola Square. You don't even need to cross a street to get to the slopes! We are immediately adjacent to One Steamboat Place.

The shuttle stops directly across the street and will take you into town, to the movies, the grocery store, etc. There is truly no need to rent a car at this location (if you fly into Steamboat, you can take a shuttle to the Snowflower). Across the street is the Wild Plum Eatery, Grocer and Wine Shop - a lovely grocery/restaurant liquor store that has great food, pizzas, wine and more. Christy Sports and several other restaurants are also right across the street, in addition to the gorgeous Burgess Creek bike path that winds it's way along the creek. We LOVE this location - basically everything you need is at your doorstep!

Enjoy the gorgeous year round outdoor heated pool and hot tub after a great day of skiing. Unlike many homes, the pool and hot tub is just an elevator ride away - no need to go traipsing through the snow or moving the car to get to the pool. The home is beautifully decorated, cheerful and sunny, and very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs (coffee machine, crock pot, service for ten, etc), and has a breakfast bar that seats three. The dining table seats 8 and extends to accommodate guests (we have extra chairs stored in the closet).

We have beautiful views of the mountains and valley from the deck. Two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, have their own private bath. The other two bedrooms, each with two twin beds, share a bath. The beds are all adorned with beautiful hand stitched quilts. We also have a portable twin for a child to sleep on.

This condo was perfect for two families of four vacationing together. The kitchen had what we needed, the living room was cozy, the hot tub was great, and walking to the gondola to ski was easy. Unfortunately, Steamboat had little snow during our stay. The conditions on the mountain were the worst in like 70 years. In good conditions, however, the value of this option, given its close proximity to the hill makes it an ideal stay.

A great 4 bedroom condo. Was perfect for our family. Steps from the Steamboat Springs Gondola Transit Center and the bus station into town. The host communication was great. It was the easiest check-in process we've experienced with a VRBO.

Convenient location

We traveled to Steamboat with our three adult children and their spouse/fiance/significant other. The four bedrooms was perfect for our group. The location was convenient for walking to and from the gondolas and the mountain village. The owner was very accommodating towards our early arrival and allowed us an early check in. The building and unit are a little dated but the condo was fully equipped with everything we needed.

Steamboat Ski Week

We recently completed a week stay in this unit for a guys ski trip and our experience was excellent. This unit is perfect for a group of folks who enjoy skiing and hanging out together but prefer to retire to separate bedrooms at the end of the day. The location of the unit was a very short walk to the Steamboat gondola and all the other aprƩs ski establishments in the village. The actual unit itself was nicely furnished and pictures posted on the listing were very accurate of the unit itself. Our host was extremely attentive and responded very quickly to any questions we had. Overall we were all extremely happy with our decision to rent here and hope to be back soon!

Location location location

Ok. This property could use some updating. If you require quartz countertops and the latest modern neutral scheme this is not for you. But if you are coming to Steamboat to ski and you have a big group, and you donā€™t want to sell a kidney, this is your place. So so close to the slopes. Easy walk. And for the price?Golden. Go to the Ritz for your anniversary. Come here if you just want to ski your buns off

Winter wonderland

So close to 5 stars

Our group travels quite a bit together for active vacations, and we appreciate that others are willing to allow us into their homes so we don't take it lightly when we don't give a place a 5 star rating when so many things about the place are amazing. The location of this condo is 5 stars, as close as you can get to the gondola, free shuttle to town, restaurants, and groceries.The communication and flexibility with Leila was 5 stars. We were arriving 3 hours prior to check-in time and wanted to drop our bags to hit the slopes and Leila did us one better and allowed us to check in much earlier than expected. We greatly appreciated this.The hot tub and pool were 5 stars.The reason we decided to give this place 2 stars overall was for 2 reasons that we deem very important to be considered a 5 star rental. 1) Beds & pillows - all 7 adults (in their 40s) complained repeatedly about the horrible beds. They are small and very old. They sink in certain spots, you can feel the springs, and it's hard to get comfortable. No one had a good nights sleep for our entire trip. The pillows also need to be updated, they are very flat and uncomfortable.2) Hot water - we ran out of hot water the first two nights after the first 3 showers. After that we all had to "speed shower" and space the showers out over more time if the last 4 people wanted to have hot water. We loved this trip, but location cannot make up for a few simple fixes that are desperately needed here.

Steamboat Condo

The condominium was just as described. It accommodated our needs just fine. The owner was responsive to our questions. There is a walk to the lifts, yet it is manageable. The property is near the bus stop, and there is a small food market right across the street. Good location

What a wonderful week in Steamboat. The condo is exactly as advertised. The location is as good as it gets. The gondola or the free bus to downtown are both a very short walk away. I would definitely stay here again.

Great condo location for ski and conference

We loved our time at the snowflower. The location is great; and easy 5 minute walk to the gondola, conference center, or the bus stop into town. Outside hot tub nice size and close. As some other reviews noted, the place could use a little updating but had all the basics covered. The water pressure was good! Would definitely stay again.

Enjoyed the place but not ski in ski out

My family liked the place. It had everything you would need. The hot tub and pool were nice too. Really the only complaint I had was when I requested ski in/ski out this one popped up as it was not. It was only a short walk like 50-100 yards but when you have four kids, thatā€™s a lot. Overall we enjoyed our stay

Great location!

We stayed here Dec 20-24, 2023. The location to the slopes is good, especially if you walk out the back door on the first floor. We walked to all the restaurants and the slopes so no car was needed. The store across the street is very small and super expensive. You will want to go to town to a regular store for any cook in meals. The condo has a wonderful sectional couch and a large TV that are very nice. The kitchen was well stocked. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets are worn and need updating, but they were clean. My family and I enjoyed this unit.

My husband, Bill, and I have three adult children. We absolutely adore our condo and have spent many amazing vacations with friends and family. We love that there are four bedrooms and three baths and is spacious enough to accommodate our group. We also love that it is so bright and sunny with great views and ease of access to the pool and hot tub. Steamboat skiing has little bit of everything - groomers, steeps, bumps,shoots and of course, Steamboat's famous tree skiing. There's always place to be found on the mountain where you can ski in solitude and no lift lines. When you top it off with Steamboat's unsurpassed Champagne Powder, the mountain can't be beat. We also love the downtown area and the fact that Steamboat is a real western town that's down to earth and has a lot of soul. Summers are great too with lots of easily accessible activities - biking down the mountain, on the Yampa trail, tubing, hiking, tennis, music festivals or strolling the downtown area - all under beautiful, crystal clear blue skies and dry, cool nights. It's hard not to fall in love with Steamboat - Ski Town USA.

We love our home at the snowflower - it is sunny, lovely, works great for two families and is an awesome location - the kids can grab bagels across the street before hitting the slopes and take the shuttle to the movies or hit the hot tub and pool after a big ski day. The home overlooks the beautiful year round pool/hot tub and new grill and fire pit area and is just an elevator ride away. Steamboat has it all - great skiing, snow, town and restaurants and tons of activities that are all easily accessible and reasonably priced! In addition to the world famous skiing, here are some of the other activities Steamboat has to offer: Strawberry Hot Springs - relax in the beautiful, natural spring fed hot springs just 10 minutes from Steamboat; Horsebackriding, Snowmobiling; Tubing down the Yampa; Ski Jumping at Howelson; Ice Skating; Cross Country Skiing; Snowshowing; Hiking and lots more!!!
