We’re truly sorry, though, that the bed was uncomfortable and that you found the sheets dusty. We understand how important a comfortable bed and fresh, clean linens are, especially when you’re away from home, and we’re sorry these issues affected your experience. We do wish we had known about these concerns while you were still staying with us. If you had reached out during your stay, we would have been happy to send our local team to inspect the bed and linens and do everything we could to find a resolution and make you more comfortable.
