Santa Fe is 40 Minutes away, Great 4 bedroom home with the Master bedroom on the Main level. and 3 bed up. 1 bedroom set up with Sofa bed and Queen bed. Old town is 15 minutes away, Airport is 15 minutes away, and you can walk out the property and view the balloons during Balloon fiesta!

Perfect Location

This is the perfect location to watch the daily balloon launches from the corner. The house was large enough for all of us to be comfy. Ten in total at the most. The mattresses, furniture, and fridge could be updated. However, the hot tub and house overall was fantastic! The owner allowed us to check in an hour or so early due to the fact that we arrived earlier than expected as we were evacuating from Milton. Definitely recommended and may visit again in the future.

House is in need of some serious TLC!

Pros- hot tub (no towels however for hot tub) and king size bed in master Cons- everything else! Beds were so uncomfortable, carpet old and stained, rotted baseboards. The list goes on and on. Would not stay again. Def not worth the price we paid for 3 nights

Property is an older home that could garner 5 stars with a few updates. The living space is large, but the furnishings are old and rather worn. Master is huge, but bathroom needs updating. Carpet around shower and no bath mats in either bathroom. Also would be helpful to have more towels available. There were no kitchen towels or any Clorox wipes or cleaning products available. Hot tub is clean and very nice. Overall it was a good place and worked well for a large family.

Find a different place to stay.

Unsafe, Poorly Maintained, and Completely Ignored by Host..This property was not at all as advertised. Upon arrival, we found serious safety and maintenance issues. The upstairs smoke alarm was completely missing, and there was visible black mold in both the master shower and an upstairs closet. Most concerning, the glass shower doors in the master bath were off-track with no bottom guide ā€” they kept falling out of place and felt like they could shatter at any moment, creating a real risk of injury.Cleanliness was also unacceptable: fans were caked with dust, cobwebs were in multiple rooms, and it was clear the home hadnā€™t been thoroughly cleaned in quite some time.Numerous fixtures were broken ā€” closet doors didnā€™t open properly, dresser drawers were unusable, and the towel bar and toilet paper holder were broken. The refrigerator drawers were damaged and hard to use. The kitchen lacked adequate utensils, glassware, and usable cookware. Common amenities like a blow dryer and basic hangers were missing.We contacted the host with a detailed list of concerns and requested both assistance and a partial refund. We received no response at all other than to leave if we felt there was safety issues.Until this home is cleaned, repaired, and professionally managed, I strongly urge other travelers to avoid booking. This was not a safe or comfortable stay, and the hostā€™s total lack of communication made it worse.

Close to Balloon Park

Proximity of house to restaurants, balloon park, and uber access was a plus. A large group stayed in this home for Boots In the Park. Wish the cleaning person paid more attention to detail- as ceiling fans and such were dirty. House could use some major upgrades- very dated. Bathroom towel racks were broken, and some outlets didnā€™t work. Needs more kitchen towels and trash bags for such a large house and so many guests. All in all it did the trick. We all had a place to sleep and eat together.

Great place to stay

Clean, had enough kitchen items to cook a few meals, our group of 10 was pleased however we brought an air mattress for 2 as the couch wasnā€™t best option for another bed. Hot tub was a hit. Location was perfect for us. Hot air balloons & mountains in the distance out the front door was beautiful!

Enchantment found here!

My first trip to NM and it won't be my last. This home was in a very nice neighborhood- even my dog loved it. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets found here as well as hot air balloons! I would definitely recommend this place. This home truly made my vacay so relaxing!

9 adult family members

We were in town for my brothers funeral, so in this house it was 5 of my family and my brother, sister and their spouses. There was plenty of room for all of us and it was nice to have a place to retreat to just to catch our breath. We needed to contact the property owner/mgr twice and got immediate response. I will mention that one bedroom has a day bed and a twin sofa sleeper that our party ended up putting the mattress in the floor. I think it would be more comfortable with 2 regular twins or a trundle bed. Also, none of the upstairs room have mirrors so it does make getting ready a little challenging with so many people in the house - the bathroom with the shower downstairs opens into the bedroom so there is no privacy in that bathroom. The location of this house is perfect, close to everything and easy to get anywhere. I would definitely stay here again.

Family staycation

We very much enjoyed the stay in this property. The house was very clean, plenty of room for everyone. Wish we had more towels. The kitchen was stocked well. Fridge and stove were clean. Needed a mop as one of our ice chest had leaked. The shower in master bedroom didn't have a happy medium, you either showered too hot or cold. Cold was fine for me after being in the heat all day but not for my elderly mom. Other then that, house and neighborhood are very nice, felt safe. Never had to speak to the host, was left with an emergency number if need be, cleaning lady was very sweet as she showed as we all stood outside saying our goodbyes. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

Good location, especially for balloon fiesta

Although we were not here for the balloon fiesta this trip, I am from Albuquerque and we visit my family often. My mom lives close by, which is why we chose this place. You wonā€™t be disappointed if you come for the balloon fiesta as the property very close (3 houses) from a field that provides an open view of the balloons as they rise from the balloon fiesta park. As others mentioned this house is in a quiet neighborhood that is relatively close to the freeway, making Santa Fe and most attractions in Albuquerque easy to get to by car. The tramway is also close the other direction. The house itself is as described although some small repairs were needed.

Great base camp for fun adventures!

The big surprise was the hot tub which we used daily. We came to visit relatives and enjoy a short vacation. Our groupā€™s age ran from 39 to 86. The lower level bedroom worked well my brother with mobility issues. Upstairs was great for the rest of us. The house was exceedingly quiet and well stocked. I will rent the same place on our next trip. Albuquerque is a great area for play, and CJ was a wonderful host answering all our questions promptly.

Great location and setup

Everything went really well, the house was stocked with all the essentials, the beds were clean and comfortable, and the hot tub was a great addition. It's close to a lot of things in the area and the freeway which made visiting family easy. Would definitely recommend!
