THE LOCATION - SKI ACCESS

The piste literally starts at the end of the garden. In the morning, step out and ski down. In the afternoon, ski back to your door. The Prarion lift provides quick access to the summit of Les Houches ski area, offering user-friendly terrain for all abilities including the legendary Kandahar World Cup downhill run. Les Houches is known for staying open even during heavy snowfall when other valley stations close - reliable snow and excellent tree-lined skiing.



THE LOCATION - SUMMER

The Prarion lift opens access to some of the finest walking and running trails in the area. It's the logical starting point for climbers tackling Mont Blanc via the popular Goûter Route.



Downhill mountain bikers will find custom-built MTB trails delivered right from the lift. The apartment becomes your base for summer alpine adventures.



THE COMPLEX

The Haut de Chavants complex features a heated indoor swimming pool - perfect for relaxing tired muscles after a day on the slopes or trails. Token-operated launderette on site. Free WiFi throughout the building.
