BAIL
A deposit of 2000 euros for the chalet La Rûche will be requested at the start of the stay. Will be deducted from this deposit any breakage or possible deterioration as well as the cleaning costs of 150 euros for the chalet La Rûche if the rental has not been left in a correct state of cleanliness. the deposit will be returned after the inventory within 15 days of the day of departure.
CANCELLATION
If canceled more than 30 days, the deposit will remain with the host.
In the event of cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental, the balance will be retained without any right to postpone the stay.
In case of interruption of stay by the customer, no refund will be made by the host, he reserves the right to consider that a tenant does not follow up on his reservation if he has not occupied the rented premises 48 hours after the scheduled arrival date or if he has not informed the host of his delay within the same period; in any case, its delay cannot be deducted from the rental amount. Any departure after the time indicated by the host will result in the payment of an additional rental day.
