⛱ Our fabulous two-bedroom🛏🛏, two-bathroom condo with a private pool🛋 and Patio access is located directly on the beach. I want to introduce to you our apartment in Cabarete East. Open beach right in front of you — private poll near your residence on the terrace 100m2. You can get a sunrise view right from the master bedroom daily and an incredibly fantastic ocean view.

⛱ Wake up daily with the early sunrise and relax the whole day on the terrace, watching and listening to the ocean. Our apartment has over 80 m2 square meters terrace with pool , and the total size of the apartment is over 110m2.

In the apartment sleeps up to 6 people and is flexible and suitable for friends and families, with:
⛱ Master bedroom (air-conditioned) - king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with shower
⛱ Second bedroom - queen-sized bed adjoining bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer.
⛱ Sofas in the living room (air-conditioned) can sleep, two additional people
⛱ The kitchen is fully equipped with a blender and toaster.

You can take app. 30-minute walk to the main strip with local bars and restaurants or 3-5 minutes with the car (2,2 km to Janet's Super Market). If you wish to rent a car, the condo has free parking for each apartment.

We can arrange airport pick up and drop off - just let us know in advance. We will have a driver waiting for you with a sign.

Also, we can arrange for you, your friends and family typical Dominican breakfast. Do not hesitate me ask in the message. I will send you a cart you can choose whatever you like to eat, with a cup of coffee and fresh juice. We can prepare breakfast from 1 to 6 people.

Information for Kiteboarders:

Location - Our apartment in the opposite direction of Kitebeach (East - towards La Boca). Cabarete is well known as the Dominican capital of watersports. World-unique wind conditions perfect for riding kite any time of the year.
Catch the wind and launch it from the beach. The waves can be more massive, so this spot we do not recommend for beginners - but competent intermediates will have no trouble. If you can kite upwind, let's go to the La Boca river where you can kite on flat water. Another option is to kite downwind to Kite Beach or Encuentro and take a moto back to the condo. Moto one-way cost app. 70-100 DOP.

Please, note that electricity is costly in DR. Reading of the meter will be done at the check-in and the checkout. Please be considerate and turn off ac when not in the unit.

Regular consumption of 20 KWh per day is included. Excess of this usage is charge at (0.20 USD per KWh).
⛱ The apartment is 🗝safe (night security and daily condo stuff), quiet, family/couple-friendly, and within walking distance to shopping, restaurants.

Our rates include weekly maid service for stays of a week or more.

For more extended stays, cleaning of 1x per week is included. You can also ask for daily cleaning for a special rate.
