The beach view couldn’t have been any better. The pool was very clean and we had it to ourselves the entire week. The host was very prompt on getting back with us for any questions.

This is a beautiful picture, it’s almost unreal. It’s a quiet family oriented environment. No noise no parties. Time to relax. The communication with the host exceeded my expectations. Will be back. I found my forever home away from home. Thank you for this beautiful place. Staff are amazing people who make every effort to accommodate you. I pray that I can come ba k after December. Again thank you.

Raymonde and Andre’ place was pretty much perfect for a mid-winter getaway from the snows and temps of Michigan! We loved the location right on the beach. The condo was very clean and decorated nicely. We also liked that it was close to town but just far enough away to get out of the main hussle. We’re already making plans to return next year!

.in was smooth, the staff ready to help in any way including getting our bags to the room. Great beach view and pool is a short walk. Walking distance to shops and beach style places to eat. Room as advertised, up to date and modern.Would recommend this unit to anyone

5 day beach stay

We stayed in the beachfront condo for 5 days with our 15 daughter. We had a great stay. Walked to town down the beach a few times. It was about a 40 minute walk to the beach restaurants on Cabarete Beach.

A Nice Vacation Home Experience

My wife and I really enjoyed the residential vacation home experience. We met a few of the Property owners who were very nice and really enjoyed being there. So it gave us a nice homey feeling which we really appreciated. Some really nice restaurants nearby with great sunset views. We would definitely consider coming back.

Cabarete - Sun and Beach

The property is quiet and well maintained. The condo is well decorated, comfortable and well equipped for an extended stay. We liked that it was close to restaurants and groceries. The beach is awesome and the ocean temps about 85 farenheit. The staff were all very helpful and friendly and made our stay there a very good one. The owners are the best.

Perfect location, comfortable stay

This is the perfect place to stay if you want to be close to the beach, within walking distance of the village for an authentic experience, living in comfort but don't need resort-level luxury. The hosts were very communicative and helpful leading up to our stay. Their recommended taxi driver Ismael made our whole experience so easy with taxis available any time it was raining. The condo had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. And it really does look exactly like the pictures!

Perfect place for a restful respite

We enjoyed many hours on the patio with cocktails and the sound of the sea. Beautifully decorated with original art. It is as beautiful as the photos represent it to be. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and eating in. There is much within walking distance if you feel like going out. Highly recommended.

We spent a terrific couple of weeks in this condo. It is as advertised steps to the beach, nice pool though a little chilly, accommodations as advertised, very responsive owners and on-site manager. We loved the fruit/vegetable guy who comes Mon/Thur mornings with fresh produce and eggs off the back of his truck. On site gate and grounds security keep things safe. Residents very friendly. Make sure you download the Komida app for all kinds of food deliveries - better than Door Dash! Super clean and comfortable. Quiet. Everything close, but not on the crazy busy strip. Highly recommend!. We'll be back. Thanks for adding the screen door for us Andy! For those familiar with the DR, power was consistent (they have generator),

Incredible stay! Truly Paradise found.

Had an incredible 7 night stay. Property was immaculate. The staff at the property were incredibly helpful and kind. The location is perfect. You literally feel like you are on a deserted island from the view of the place. The outdoor space was very comfortable and beautifully appointed. Well equipped. Honestly could not asked for a better week. Thanks again and see you soon!

Spring break

We enjoyed our 4 week stay in this lovely beachfront condo. Kitchen was well stacked with utensils. Bedrooms very spacious and tranquil.The complex is beautiful and very well kept by groundsmen. Security staff were always visible and on hand. The only drawbacks were the distance from the town for groceries and access to the beach which differed greatly from the pictures on the website.

I am happy to hear that you enjoyed your 4 week stay in our condo! I must mention that access to the beach is exactly as it appears in the photos 99.9% of the time, however it was unfortunate that during your stay, the beach eroded and caused the last step of the beach stairs to be too high to climb. The groundskeepers did rectify this situation by adding sand. Beaches do change from day to day and this was beyond our control. In our 15 years of hosting, this has never occurred before and the beach has already gone back to normal. I do hope that you come again - it really is a lovely piece of paradise.

Everything you could possibly need and more

The kitchen and cabinets were stocked with anything you could need. I bought my own mixer and cake pans but lo and behold they were available in the apartment plenty of linens. Pool area was very nice and there is no way you could beat the morning view. Thanks for allowing Ronald and I to enjoy your property. It wasn’t far from his restaurant so that was a plus as well.

A peaceful retreat with excellent communication and amenities

– Nice, calm and safe condo; – Great communication with owner; – Charming ocean view from unit, which is tastefully decorated, well-equipped and comfortable; – Kitchen had most of the necessary items for preparing meals; – Minor issues with hot water in the shower; – Clean and refreshing pool; – 10-minute walk to Cabarete beach with many restaurants and commerce; – No seaweed problem at this beach compared to others on the Dominican coast; – Need a car/driver to visit other beaches in the region.

Ocean roar and a beautiful breeze

I can't thank you enough for letting us stay in your house. My wife was very happy. All though it seems like a dream now. I will never forget listening to the ocean roar and feeling that breeze. Excellent Location

This was the fourth time my wife stayed at the Victoria, and the same unit. Looking at the kitchen, it needs some TLC. The refrigerator is weak, not keeping the food cold. A piece is the cabinet fell off and landed on my wife's foot. We will stay at the Victoria again, but probably try another unit.

We are very sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied - we strive for 100% holiday happiness for our renters. We do have an on-site property manager who would have repaired or investigated what the problem with the fridge was had he known about it. Our party of 3 stayed for 4 weeks. Raymonde was very prompt with replies to any inquiries and questions we had.The unit was on the ground floor with a large deck over looking the ocean. It was lovely to sit out there in the shade with the ocean breeze. The breeze kept the place cool enough during the day however when the bugs came out at night, it was time to move inside and close the doors. Then the living room got quite warm. **There is air conditioning in both bedrooms so we would turn it and the fans on and that helped a little with cooling down the living room a bit at night. During our stay someone came once a week and thoroughly cleaned the unit. We found the unit to be pretty much as described in the add. No washer & dryer in the unit. The complex and grounds are well maintained. Over all we had a very relaxing, pleasant visit and would stay here again.

I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. As mentioned in our description, laundry services are available on site. The maid can look after having your laundry done, or you can bring it to the staff in blue building in the parking lot where the laundry staff work. A tip for cooling the living room when you want to close the patio doors is to open the screened windows for a cross breeze and turn on the ceiling fans and as you mentioned, turning on the AC. Most people find this quite comfortable. Thanks for the booking, it was a pleasure having you!
