Important Seawind Elevator Construction Notice
We are excited to announce that Seawind will undergo an elevator modernization project to enhance guest experience. The project will start October 20, 2025 and last through the end of April 2026. During this time, one elevator will remain in service for guests to use while the other elevator is out of service for updates. This may cause longer wait times during busy times of the day (check in/check out, lunch/dinner time, or during a pop up rainstorm). Living Room: Ultra comfortable double stacked air mattress with internal pump for quick inflating and deflating! SO much more comfortable than a sofa sleeper - we prefer air mattresses over sofa sleepers because sofa sleepers tend to break often and also make sofas very uncomfortable!

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

This vacation was my husband and I along with our adult daughter. Condo was clean, beautifully decorated and spacious. Had everything we needed in the kitchen. Even had wagon, chairs and beach toys if needed. Location is walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Nice, clean condo on the beach.

Our family had a great time staying here. The condo provided everything we needed and the location was great being able to walk right out to the beach. The indoor pool was great for the poor weather days.

I did a lot of cooking while there and some kitchen items I needed werenā€™t there. I brought 2 skillets with me as I know many rentals have few or old ones. There were no lids to the pots to cook/ steam in and not enough eating utensils. Also needed are smaller bowls with tops for refrigerator storage after a meal. Otherwise everything was good. Overall a very nice place to stay

We had a great time and was very happy with location. My only suggestion would be to add a lock on inside of main door. We felt safe overall but would have liked the extra security while sleeping

Family Beach Vacation

Our condo at Seawind was very nice! 2 walkouts to the patio , one from the living room and one from master bedroom. Perfect views of the ocean. Standing in the hallway, you could see the ocean from three windows. The room had a wagon, 4 beach chairs, and a boogie board, which saved us from purchasing. We would definitely book this condo again.

Very nice stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The beach was amazing and you are close to restaurants and shopping. The one thing I would say is the queen bedroom is super small for an adult couple to stay in. It doesn't have a closet in it so the storage is minimal. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Don't advertise a pool if it's not available

I picked the condo because of the location, splash pad, cute beach decor and it wasnā€™t too high up since we have little kids so we could use the stairs if needed. The whole unit was great. Everything from the living room furniture to the comfortable beds. Thank you for the opportunity to rent this unit!

We had two families with babies under a year and the separate bedrooms was perfect for us. Theyā€™re far enough apart that the babies did not wake each other up and lots of space for multiple pack and plays. The place was very clean, perfect location to everything you need, and an easy walk to the beach with such little children. They were even accommodating to us to give us a late checkout to help us round up all the kiddos after nap time. Will definitely be returning!

Best family vacation ever

BEAUTIFUL spacious condo. Perfect for our long awaited family stay with 3 couples and a 5 year old. Master was huge with walk in closet and private bath. Amenities were on point would definitely recommend for families with small children we kept the pools busy from dawn til dusk. Right in the middle of attractions and walking distance to food and shops. Great communication with manager when we had slight issue with keypad it was resolved almost instantly. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay with Alabama Getaway at Seawind 401. Spacious condo, well kept, well equiped and clean. The only complaint we have is the bathroom tissue was of poor quality and meager supply, and no facial tissues. But still gets a five star rating from my wife and myself. Would definitely recommend to others.

The best experience we have ever had

We stay at a different condo every year but this is the first place we all agreed we would come back to. The condo had everything we needed, including beach chairs and a wagon. A great view. No wait elevators. The security was there and readily available but didnā€™t harass us like they do at other places we have stayed. This is our best vacation because we chose to stay here. Absolutely no complaints

Amazing with few quirks

Everything was amazing except a couple minor things. We actually talked to security and they gave a lot of insight. The pool was NOT heated and hot tub quit heating Friday after we arrived. They had it fixed by the next Friday but frustrating. CondoWas great but the curtains on the sliding doors could use some bleach or darker curtains. Little dirty on bottoms. The fabric curtain on the showers were rusted at the rings but no effect to anything. Besides that beds were super comfy . 1 room is tiny!!! Condo was super clean located on first floor of condos over looking pools, sea n suds and beach. We could watch the dolphins every morning while on balcony. Would definitely come back!
