Enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and world-famous Siesta Beach north towards Sarasota and south to Point Of Rocks in one of Crystal Sands most desirable units. From this beachfront 4th floor unit you will feel like you are "camping on the beach in luxury". Open the sliders to hear the waves and feel the breeze. Enjoy awesome sunsets all year round.

Gulf views from our kitchen, living/dining area, and both bedrooms. Enjoy the relaxing gulf view from the new expanded 16 feet of glass sliders that cover almost the entire living area. All glass sliders and windows are new hurricane rated glass. Step onto our 32' screened in lanai complete with composite decking, ceiling fans, and rattan style deck furniture.

Complete luxury renovation with high end finishes and appliances. Bedrooms boast distressed bleached hardwood floors, luxury mattresses and bedding. Master suite features a king bed, a LED lit makeup counter with sink, full walk in closet, and separate luxury shower, toilet, and sink area. Guest Bedroom features two queen beds with closet and dressers for plenty of storage. Second bath off the guest bedroom boasts jetted tub/shower, granite counters, and luxury cabinets.

The entertainment system will blow you away. The living area boasts a 55" 4K Smart TV with sound bar. Besides an awesome home theater experience (when watching HD content), you can connect a Bluetooth device to the sound bar to listen to your music. Each bedroom boasts 40" Smart/Roku HD TV's. Ultrafast internet & Wi-Fi throughout with free local and long distance calling (including Canada & PR). You will recognize the attention to detail in this fine residence.

Enjoy one of the world's finest white sand beaches. Crystal Sands features a beautiful heated pool steps from a private beach with chaises and chairs provided for both the pool and beach. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, a marina with access to all water sports.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We have stayed in this condo with our family of 6 (kids ages 3-12) twice in the last two years and everything about it is perfect. The owner was wonderful to work with and was very accomodating. The unit has georgeous views, wonderful furnishings, comfortable beds, and the most perfect white sand beach! The condo had everything we needed and more (as we love the restaurants in the area and ate out a lot), and even some beach toys stored in the laundry closet (which we added to;). The screened lanai is a favorite spot to eat breakfast, or read a book while little ones are napping. Also, we loved having the DVD player and stereo system so we could play music right from our devices. Some of our favorite family vacations have happened here. Thank you for having such a beautiful home you are willing to share - We would love to consider this our "home" on Siesta Key for future visits, as everything was perfect for us.

One great condo

This was an ideal condo for two couples! We stayed two weeks in this luxury condo. The kitchen was fully equiped, and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable in both bedrooms. One of the things we enjoyed most, were the glass sliding panels just in front of the screens, on the balcony. The beauty of them was when the weather was mild, we opened all the sliding glass panels and let the all the air in. When it was too windy, we closed just the panels that needed closing to control the wind! When it was too hot, we closed all the sliding glass doors, and stayed cool while enjoying the balcony! Perfect! We appreciated to owners attention to detail. Thanks Steve, we had a great time!

Love Siesta Key

My husband and I had 2 great weeks in Siesta Key. The unit was beautiful and absolutely spotless. The kitchen had every imaginable item you would ever need plus!! The furnishings were comfortable. The view was gorgeous. What more could you ask. Will definitely return after other vacation commitments sites have been completed. Thank you for making it easy to fall in love with the area.

Perfect Vacation with my Sisters

I am 54 years old and booked this condo for a sissy's vacation. The view was breath taking, the condo was beautiful. We did not want for anything while we were here. The condo was very clean, and well maintained. The owner was so easy to get hold of when inquiring about the condo and he answered any questions I had. I will be back hopefully next year with my husband or just one of my sisters. The time of year is perfect for someone a little older who wishes to just relax and not fight any crouds. Very peaceful.

Fabulous oceanfront condo at Siesta Key

Four of us adults enjoyed a fantastic vacation at Siesta Key Beach recently. Our plush condo had all the conforts of home plus the ocean view! The condo was exactly as pictured and so well equipped. We loved the 32 foot lanai which was screened-in and had sliding glass windows as well. I can think of nothing else the condo needed to make our stay any more enjoyable! Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us.

Crystal Sand 404

We stayed there during 3rd week of August. The unit is in great shape, clean, newly renovated, with towels, complete kitchenware. AC unit is very quiet so it is the sound of ocean wave putting you to sleep each night. We have 3 adults and 2 kids (5 and 7) so the two double beds works great. The beach is fantastic, calm water, tons of fish in 2-4 feet depth. It is perfect for kids learning to snorkel. Water visibility beyond 5 feet depth is poor. Almost daily afternoon shower cools down the temperature. Swimming pool is on the small side but works well for small kids who just learned swimming.

Dear Steve,

The Condo was absolutely beautiful! Very clean and I am very fussy about cleanliness. Steve answered all my questions about what was in his condo and I found that everything that I needed was already provided! The view from his place is breathtaking!! Watched the sunset every night from the screened-in porch and had to take many pictures. The chairs provided on the beach were wonderful, as was the hose to clean off your feet. And I'm amazed that the sand never gets hot! Walked the white sand beach every day and picked up many shells. They really thought of everything for your comfort at his condo and also at Crystal Sands. Would absolutely love to rent this condo again!!!!

My husband and I loved everything about the condo - can't think of one thing we could have added to make our stay anymore enjoyable. We have been staying in codo's for the last 25 plus years and I must say this was one of the nicest - Thank you so much.l

Great vacation condo !

Our group of 5 friends stayed at this condo and we all agreed it was perfect and perfectly gorgeous ! The decor couldn't have been better, the kitchen with state of the art appliances and well stocked - nice pots and pans, beautiful dishes, etc. The VRBO pictures did not do it justice ! The beds and linens were luxurious and comfortable as were the bathrooms. Easy access to the beach and pool... A wonderful home away from home and I would recommend it to anyone.
