Unit includes a washer/dryer, full kitchen with refrigerator & dishwasher. Television with cable & high speed wireless internet. Has a wonderful screened in balcony with chairs and tables that are nice to use to play cards after a fun day at the beach! Great for families of all sizes.

Of all the beachside vacations we’ve taken over the years, this location tops them all. The condo is extremely spacious, clean, and inviting. The view of the water is spectacular, and the sunsets are divine. Do yourselves a favor and book immediately.

The condo was wonderful. Beautiful view. Everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was fully stocked. The first time we stayed at a vacation rental that actually had plenty of towels and nice beach towels. The location was perfect for our day trips to Sarasota, The Ringling Museum and Anna Maria Island. Would love to stay again.

Weather was the best for ever!! Condo had great, comfortable furniture and a huge tv! The kitchen was well stocked, too. Totally disappointed in the K bed, was sunken to the middle of the mattress! Took to using two bedrooms to avoid rolling inward. Unhappy with this part of the condo. Hopefully it gets upgraded, then we’d rebook in a heartbeat. The pool and beach service were perfect. Was a great stay, but please do something about your king mattress in your lovely condo.

Midnight Cove Stay

GREAT! The view was so beautiful, I hated to even leave unless we were going to the beach. After several years, this is the best place we have stayed. The condo was in perfect condition, Bob was quick to respond and great to work with. 10/10

Girls trip

The unit was just perfect! It was right on the beach. The views of the sunsets were spectacular. Robert was very helpful and responsive. Great week for a girls trip. Could not have been better. Unit was fully stocked with beach towels, kitchen supplies, washer/dryer worked great, everything we needed. Loved having a gym! Thank you - will come back next year!

View was amazing

We enjoyed our beachfront stay at this condo. The good is the location to the pool and the beach. A view that is amazing especially of the sunsets in the evening. Our only complaint or recommendation is that there really needs to be an exhaust fan in the master bathroom. Due to the humidity the paint was starting to peel off of the ceiling, but besides that we really enjoyed our stay!

Great condo!!

Great condo! The view!!!! Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of towels for everyone. Darkening shades on back windows, so you never know if sun is out or not if you like. Front bedroom does not get dark, my kids stayed in it, they got tired enough at the beach to not care;). Main bedroom mattress could use updating, but nothing you can’t make work. So convenient to the beach. 10/10 would stay here again:)

Great location!

The condo is the perfect size for a family of 4! The second bedroom has 2 full size beds vs 2 twin beds as pictured in the listing - it was a pleasant surprise! Just a 5 minute walk down the road you can grab dinner, ice cream, some souvenirs, and a daquari to go! There was an issue with cleaning upon our check in, however the owner and cleaning staff were quick to correct the issue, which we very much appreciated! The view of the beach is BEAUTIFUL from the condo and we loved the ability to watch the sunsets in the evening and check the surf in the morning! If we stayed again, one thing I wish would be changed is the master bed. It's quite hard, and not too comfortable! Overall a very pleasant stay!

Nice place to stay!

This unit has everything you need during your stay. Perfect view of the ocean from the screened in lanai. We had access to the beach chairs everyday on the beach. It’s not very crowded and very easy to get around the island. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to this unit. The owner was very easy to work with. Thank you Bob!

A Big Slice of Heaven

This property met ALL expectations from the reservation process with Robert, to the view upon walking into the door, to the conveniences available like coolers, beach towels, and a well stocked kitchen. The screened in patio was a favorite place to start and end the day plus it brought the outdoors to the indoors with a breeze and sound of waves. The master bed was very comfortable and the bathroom a good size with double sinks and an ocean view! We did not use the tvs but there was one in each bedroom as well as in the main room. We did use the fast speed internet and it worked well. Siesta Key Beach is an absolutely beautiful beach with wonderful complimentary chair and umbrella service. Our two favorite restaurants with delicious food and top notch service in the area were the Summer House Steak and Seafood (best Mai Tai too) in the Village and Ophelia’s on the Bay located near Turtle Beach. THANK YOU so much Robert Dye for sharing your treasure with us!

Paradise

This is the second time that my husband and I stayed at this condo, and this time we brought friends. We loved to sit on our balcony and drink our coffee in the mornings, then off we went either into town exploring or relaxing by the pool or swimming in the ocean. There is no better beach than Siesta key

Awesome view!

View was amazing from the living area, kitchen and master bedroom! Plenty of room for my family of 4! The recliner and sectional sofa was a plus as well. Check-in was easy and owner was great to deal with.

Great condo with a great view. The pool was a good size and the beach was nice. It was about 20-25 minute walk to Siesta Key beach. Also had some restaurants etc. in walking distance.

Beds aren’t the most comfortable, probably just need to be replaced. Overall great location, the host was very nice and very quick to answer back. Overall just could’ve been a little cleaner
