This sophisticated townhouse boasts a cozy living room with fireplace, boutique furnishings & decor, & access to many amenities including an outdoor pool, spa, park, children’s playground and recreation facilities. Parking is in your private garage.

This is a one-of-a-kind property fully remodeled in the complex with an enormous Park of 3 acres a complete children`s playground with lots of equipment, Heated pool and Jacuzzi/spa lots of parking, and garage.

We are always available to our guest via text or phone. We have in addition to myself and my husband a house manager and handyman/contractor -can fix anything -who live 10 minutes away.

The neighborhood is located just an eight-minute drive away from Laguna Beach. The property is nestled in a beautiful green area surrounded by walking and equestrian trails, a five acre lawn, playground, basketball court, pool/spa & wonderful neighbors.

We have a parking garage dedicated for one car and there is also free uncovered parking right out front.

To book you must be at least 22 years old. This is a quiet Community with neighbors Close by. Please be respectful of the serene environment at all times. The spa/Jacuzzi is always heated, pool is heated April 1 through October 1.

We went to see family at Laguna Beach and in Irvine. We also went to Disney and L.A.. This location was perfect for all of it.

Sandy was very communicative, though we had no issues so not much to communicate about. House was very clean, well-stocked with hotel-like bathroom amenities (and lots of coffee in kitchen). Kitchen was well-equipped, with new pots and pans which we really appreciated. We've stayed in many larger more luxurious rentals that offered very old, beat-up cookware. Only small challenge was locating the unit in the townhouse building which had 6 or 8 units. But maybe I missed something in the directions...very centrally located also.

Great Location

I really loved the location of this property! There’s a small park and field just steps away. The pool and spa are right across the street, and it’s just minutes away from grocery stores and restaurants. I will definitely stay here again!

Great Location

Our stay at Glamouros Regal Design was all we could have hoped for. The unit was very clean and stocked with everything from shampoos and soaps to coffee. There was nothing that we felt was missing. It was a great location for our needs. Will definitely return. Thank you Sandy & Terry

Time Away!

Very quiet area…lots of fun walking paths…grocery stores, restaurants, Costco, gas, everything we needed was close. The weather was super! We enjoyed our time there.

We decided to choose this property because it was close to our daughter’s home. It is a cozy first floor condo in a condominium complex. The complex is quiet and clean; it is located close to anything you could need during your stay. There are trails that are accessible right off the property and we took advantage a couple of times during our stay. We took our grandchildren to the large park located on the property and they loved it. The hosts, Sandy and Terry, were communicative, available and thorough in their instructions for check-in and check-out. They were available to assist in any issues that arose. The kitchen area looks as if it was recently renovated and had plenty of supplies from prior guests. Prior to the check in we were sent a link to order any groceries or other items we might need. Areas of improvement would be bed comfort and the pillows provided. Overall a good value for the price.

Laguna Hills Family Staycation

This is a lovely home, clean, with darling decorations. The site is a in a great location with a beautiful pool and nice playground. Our hostess provided little amenities that made it feel like home. Thank you for a great experience!

Lovely get away

This place is a true gem. Fully stocked with everything you need and more. Sandy is an excellent host. The home is immaculate and has a lovely patio outside. We used the pool on a number of occasions and had it to our selves. We enjoyed the trails and the fact we could walk to resturants. The many beaches are a short drive. We would definitely recommend this home and would love to return.

What a wonderful home! Everything was immaculate and it was so inviting. I will recommend this rental to anyone wanting to stay in Orange County. It is centrally located and only about a 20 minute drive to anywhere we wanted to explore. Our hosts were extremely responsive and attentive. The house was fully stocked with all necessary dishes, towels, and toiletries. I was also impressed with the toddler books and dishes! Should you choose to stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Wonderful all around!

We loved our stay at Laguna Hills! Everything about it was great - super clean, well equipped, and a fabulous location. Communication with Sandy was VERY prompt - always appreciated by a renter. We encountered no issues at all but I have no doubt that anything that HAD come up would have been handled immediately. We highly recommend and will return if we are in the area again.

Beautiful house, perfect location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Our hostess Sandy met us there and showed us all the inns and outs of the house. She was very warm and welcoming and even took the time to show us the brochures she had picked up about the surrounding area. The house was newly remodeled and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked and she even provided us with her favorite coffee to brew. We had two kids with us (7 and 10) and after a long day at Disney and being out and about, we swam and soaked in the hot tub. We were there for 5 days and had the pool area to ourselves the entire trip. When we did run into neighbors they had nothing but amazing things to say about Sandy and her property. Very pleasant experience! Thanks Sandy for an amazing vacation!

GORGEOUS HOME, WOW, AWESOME HOST, BEST EXPERIENCE

Wow, very impressive! This place was just as advertised, newly remodeled with fresh bedding and decorated with such attention to detail. So nice to have the fireplace and a pool and jacuzzi on property and also be in such close proximity to the beach. The host, Sandy, is such a wonderful person, very attentive and willing to go above and beyond to ensure that everything goes smoothly for an enjoyable stay. Sandy is an amazing host. She was very welcoming during check in, always answered all inquiries and even checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable. Her home is GORGEOUS and every room, from the bedrooms, to the kitchen and bathrooms were so comfortable and clean. The complex is quiet and feels very safe, and has a lot of great perks like a pool and a park. It's also very close to many restaurants and shopping centers, which was very convenient when we needed to go out. Thanks Sandy!! You can tell so much thought was put into this place to make it comfortable and memorable for guests. Everything seems brand new! I highly recommend a stay here!!
