Our family of 4 adults and 2 young children stayed at Casa De La Ballena. We had a great time and loved our accommodations. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Bob was a very responsive host. The house is lovely and had plenty of space for our group. We loved the outdoor areas and neighborhood. There are many great restaurants and beach spots within a short distance.

Great property with a quick and convenient drive to beaches, shops, and restaurants. Short walk to a playground for the toddler to burn some energy. Lots of nice outdoor space to enjoy at the house which was perfect for our family get-together. I always look for a property with a hot tub and airconditioning which was a definite plus for our stay during an unusual heat wave. Thanks Bob for being a great host!

Everything was fabulous. Beautifully updated home and fantastic very pet friendly yard all perfect for entertaining or just relaxing and enjoying your time away from home. Location is convenient to many local attractions. The host was attentive to our needs and very accommodating. Plan to go back again!!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the property over the July 4th long weekend. It was cozy and comfortable and well stocked! Bob was very friendly and helpful and we definitely hope to be back- great experience!!

Well located for our needs, very clean and very thoughtfully equipped. The photos were up to date. Our host Bob made himself available with local information and dining suggestions. Our stay was too short!

We loved our stay here. The house is clean and comfortable and as pictured. We had everything we needed. It is located in the heart of the Lantern District and is walkable or a very short drive to everything. Very dog friendly too with an outdoor area and a block away from a cute little park for walks. Bob was an excellent host who even helped us setup baby gates when we first got there and also gave us a coupon to a great seafood place just down the street. We would love to stay again the next time we are in Dana Point.

This is a wonderful little three bedroom house with a beach cottage vibe. It has a great layout for family and wonderful outdoor space that gives privacy. The house was very clean and a great location for Dana point. I would definitely stay here again and the host was very responsive

This property was wonderful! The house was super clean, all decor was current and the landscaping was beautiful! Lots of outdoor space and seating to enjoy the amazing weather! The owner was exceptionally friendly and responded quickly. I HIGHLY recommend this beautiful home.

Casa de Bellena. It was a great base for us to explore Dana Point. The location is walking distance to cafes, exercise studios and scenic walks. Other attractions such as beaches, historical sites, and golf courses are a short drive. Bob is an accessible host. He immediately responded to all questions and concerns. The house is well appointed and we took advantage of the lovely outdoor patios and hot tub. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We truly enjoyed staying at this home. We were in need of a place to stay during some home renovations and this home was perfect. It was still relatively close to our home and schools, yet far enough away that we felt like it was a little adventure. We were able to walk to the harbor, and check out new restaurants and shops.The home is well equipped with all that you need. The space is cozy and inviting, the deck is wonderful in the afternoon sun and I absolutely love the quaint size. Bob & Robin are delightful and made us feel welcome in their home. Not sure we'll have renovations in the future - but if we needed a place in Dana, this would be the spot.

Nicely remodeled house

We enjoyed our stay. Loved the outside space, hot tub and the ability to bring our dog. Owner was very available and responsive. We would rent it again.

Bob is an excellent host! He was very quick to respond to our messages and came right away when we had an issue with one TV. We really enjoyed meeting him and appreciated his recommendations for area events and points of interest.The property is beautiful and homey. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The listing was very accurate. It's surprisingly private even though it's a well populated area. We enjoyed coffee by the chiminea on the front deck in the morning and cold drinks in the hot tub in the evening. We didn't get to take advantage of all of the extras that are available with the house though. We really enjoyed our stay there and would love to return if we get the opportunity.

Wonderful stay

One of the best vacation homes we have stayed in. Extremely comfortable, clean and stocked with everything you need. The kitchen and baths are beautifully updated. The deck and backyard are super cute and surprisingly spacious for the area. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Bob really kept in touch in the nicest way - and not too much!Great, clean house. We were there for a family wedding and had friends over one night for hors d’oeuvres. There was plenty of room and the house got lots of compliments. Hot tub a nice treat!

This was our second stay at Bob's lovely property. The house is super clean and super cozy. Beach cottage with a contemporary twist..love it! Bob responds very quickly to any question we may have. Very secure outside area for our dog. Quiet neighborhood with lovely neighbors. We definitely will be back!
