BnB with a Hilltop View of the Caribbean Sea!

Our studio apartment is 10 minutes from the airport, downtown St. Johns, and the beach. We sit atop a hill with a grand view of the Caribbean Sea and the capitol. Your small veranda, or the one above your space, will let you see the wonderful sunsets that occur over the Caribbean Sea on a regular basis. Our overall property also includes our small pool, main veranda, gardens, dogs, chickens, and turtles (no kidding).

We started renting our studio apartment as an outgrowth of cooking classes business called "Nicole's Table". You can find descriptions of it on Trip Advisor and other travel websites. Over the years we have had guests ask if there was a place to stay so that they could take more classes and explore the island. Thus the "Bed and Breakfast" with a view. :-)

If you want a breakfast in the morning, we can provide it for you. We have a menu available in the apartment.

The space is cozy and expresses our creativity through some of the furniture which was had made by us. The apartment has a small veranda with table and chairs, a small kitchen for simple food, a sleeping area, reclining space and a comfortable bathroom. An AC is also provided although the space can often be cooled just by opening the windows and doors.

Stop by. We would love to meet you. Breakfast will be served. And all people are welcome.

Can't say enough great things about this little nook of paradise! The hosts are the nicest people ever. They helped me bring my things in when I arrived, went over everything, gave me the run down on the animals on the property (which I loved, they visited me in the morning ), & treated me to a rum punch after I got settled. It was clean, quiet, & the views were just so beautiful! I highly recommend your stay here. Super cool Nicole does cooking classes & will even make you something on request. I thought that was so nice. Thanks again guys!

Amazing stay

We couldn’t have been happier to stay @Nicole and Adam’s cute little place.Breakfast every morning was a wonderful add on, cooking class phenomenal, the property and grounds beautifully maintained and super relaxing. Comfortable with a Wonderful View

The property and the grounds were lovely. It was conveniently located to beaches and other attractions. The hosts were friendly and helpful. There was a wonderful view of the ocean from the property.

Hilltop Oasis

Nicole and Adam have created a hilltop oasis with a beautiful view of the Caribbean.. The bungalow is very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. As dog lovers, we enjoyed being greeted by Jacks and the pack each morning. Nicole's cooking class was the highlight of our stay. We are looking forward to her Cooking With Rum class on our next visit to Antigua.

LOL. I'm glad liked our quirky little dog Jax. He has quite a personality! As for all the other compliments, they are much appreciated. We want anyone who visits to feel comfortable and at home. And, if they are food lovers, we want them to participate in our cooking classes since they are so popular and enjoyed by many. A Stay to Remember

My boyfriend and I stayed with Nicole and Adam and we absolutely loved it! We started our days off with breakfast on the front porch and ended our nights sipping rum punch while listening to the frogs. If you're an animal lover, you'll feel right at home. We loved being greeted by the dogs while we were away from our pets. The location is super convenient--grocery stores are just a few minutes away, and we were able to get to the farthest parts of the island in about 45 minutes. We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast made by Nicole on our last day (highly recommend the saltfish!) which was the perfect end to our trip. Thank you Nicole and Adam for your amazing hospitality, we're not quite sure how we'll top this stay!

Wonderful!

This is the place that we'll be coming back to. The apartment was very well-appointed, and the price was very reasonable. But, the best part of the whole experience was meeting our wonderful hosts, Nicole and Adam--they were truly above and beyond, and they were so helpful whenever we had questions or needed anything. And don’t pass up on Nicole’s cooking class, it was a blast! Thank you again!

Nicole and Adam have a lovely home complete with 3 dogs named Brutus, Miss Shirley and Jax, plus a cat named Queen Nala. Nicole is a chef and has cooking classes at her Nicole's Tabletop busiiness, right in her home. I was happy to sample several of her coconut tarts, ginger marlmelade, hot pepper jelly, tomatoe chutney and her homemade rum punch! Her breakfasts were made to order and I loved the omelets, bacon, and her strong coffee! The studio downstairs offered privacy. It was close to several restaurants, groceries, and gas stations. Nicole and Adam made me feel right at home and were available to offer suggestions for tours, beaches and local restaurants. My last full day I drove on rustic roads to Galleon Bay and took a 2 PM Scooter's Snorkel tour that included photos of Hercules Pillars and underwater fish, turtles, a stingray and a wreck. I highly recommend staying in this lovely studio with a small pool and great views of the area and St. Johns Harbour. Book ahead for her cooking classes to make sure you can get a spot as they are very popular!

This property was an amazing choice to pick

Nicole and her husband greeted me When I got there they walk me through the instructions that get into their property my plane came in really late but their greeting was so amazing and their property was undestravably gorgeous that you forgot about all the hassle that they are playing gave you.... Long story short Nicole's place was super awesome it was very clean elegant everything that they said with the property was a understatement the Pictures have no Bearings on which you physically see with your own eyes which is an amazing place That you will want to stay at it's on the mountaintop and it is beautiful and the daytime it is so tropical Sunny clean crisp and awesome and at night it just looks like you on top of the world looking at the city lights of California or New York... There were proper towels and wash cloths the place was absolutely a little small was very clean the bed was super comfortable it was private and exclusive her family pets were amazingly loving and awesome her family was super welcome and made me feel like they were a part of my family they welcome me and made my stay feel like I was a part of them Totally respectful highly educated and grounded family I took Nicole's kitchen class learnt something amazing to cook from a sweet dish sweet treat and jerk chicken the food with excellent nicole fixed me breakfast excellent she's an excellent chef and her husband is a great protector as a Big Brother I would definitely stay again and I would love to revisit with me and my daughter next time And play lots of games and hope and pray that they enjoyed me just as much as I enjoyed them I feel like I gained a new family... With all heart felt I told Nicole that I am her new BFF she just didn't know it yet... I totally recommend this place with a awesome 5 star review I must say it is a hidden treasure that you should definitely try There were drinks in the figurative when I arrived Nicole greet me with her awesome run punch when I say this husband and wife and their daughter is just A-blast of sunshine all around grounded family and I am super happy that I was able to meet them because they made my stay feel awesome they made me feel like a little Sister Thank you for my new life journey and completing it With a great future of anticipation of returning To a future of awesome friends thank you again.....

Graleesha has a big personality and hugged all of us when she arrived. All during her stay she was full of life, energy, and friendliness. I grew up in Montserrat which is a small island 30 miles off the coast of Antigua. Montserrat is a wonderful little island where everyone knows each other and the relationships you form in your youth last a lifetime.

I attended boarding school and University in the US. After graduating from university I worked in Washington, DC where I met my husband Adam.

In 1996 Adam and I moved to Baltimore so I could help my mother with her travel business. I did this for a few years and then started working in restaurants as a chef. I loved the restaurant business ever since my parents owned in Montserrat.

Adam had a software business that he sold in 2005. Shortly thereafter we moved to Antigua so we could raise our girls around all their aunts and uncles (we have relatives and extended family on many islands). Our time in Antigua has been perfect with our girls developing deep friendships.

My time in the kitchen has not ended, but has grown into "Nicole's Table". a business which offers Caribbean cooking classes to visitors. We have 4 Certificates of Excellence and a rating of 5/5 on TripAdvisor for the last 4 years in a row.. something about which I am very proud.

Our rental is an outgrowth of Nicole's Table. We have many repeat guests some of whom have inquired about multi-day cooking classes. We created the rental for those guests and other foodies or guests who would like to explore Antigua from a more local point of view.

We welcome all people in our rental.

We bought our home because it was an older property that sat on top of a high hill overlooking the Caribbean Sea, the setting sun and the capital of St. Johns. We never tire of the view and enjoy sitting on our veranda playing cribbage as the sun sets. Adam would claim he wins most of the time, but I don't agree. :-)

Our home is in a great location close to much of what the island has to offer quick access to St. Johns and the airport, but a relatively private setting with bush on all sides.

We have a real BnB so you are not just getting a place to stay, but breakfast made by a well known local Chef who is featured on British Celebrity Chef Ainsley Harriott's cooking show.
