Turtle Lake area, 3 Bed, 2 Bath, Shores of Horseshoe Lake

Experience Horseshoe Lake and all the amenities it has to offer! The cabin is located just 5 minutes north of downtown Turtle Lake & St Croix Casino. Horseshoe Lake is one of the premier lakes in the area, fully recreational, lots of sport fish, & and is just under 400 acres. You will find Largemouth Bass, Northern Pike, & Walleye fishing just outside the back door. The is a boat landing on the west side of the lake to launch your own boat. Also, we offer free use of a canoe. There are snowmobile & ATV trails nearby.
We do offer our pontoon for rent during the months of May-September. We only rent it out for your entire stay. Our prices reflect on how many nights you stay with us.

7 nights - $1000 (one free day)
If you are staying longer than 7 nights, please let us know and we will let you know what the rental fee is.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The bed across the hall has two twin beds. There is also a double size bed in the lower level with bunk beds. All beds have linens, pillows and a blanket for each bed . There is bath towels (1 bath towel per guest), hand towels, & wash towels provided. We don't have WiFi at the house, but we do get good cell phone reception and we often use our hot spot to access our laptop or to watch Netflix on the TV (Netflix not included in stay, but the TV does have access to sign into it).
We also want to make sure guests know we do have a fire pit in the yard. We have central air in the house that was newly added. Enjoy all types of gaming at St Croix Casino which includes blackjack, roulette, craps, live poker, sports betting, & slots. Close to ATV, snowmobile, hiking and cross country trails.

Great Getaway

This was a wonderful place to stay for a family getaway. The house and pontoon were clean and comfortable. Our family cooks a lot and the kitchen had basic kitchenware to fit our needs. The only thing that would have made our stay even better would be laundry in the unit.

This place is wonderful, plenty of room for our group. The lake is beautiful, house is clean and comfortable. Yes the water from the tap smells funny but that is easily overlooked by the great place. We will be back again!

Great Relaxing Getaway

The stay was quiet and relaxing, itā€™s such a peaceful setting. The house was clean and equipped with the necessities. We cooked all meals on-site, allowing for maximum lake time! It was nice to take time away from screens, unplug, and catch up. The lake has very little traffic, making it a great place to fish, swim, and tube!

Wonderful getaway

Our family gathered at this Great Lake home and had the most wonderful time! The cabin is set up great-the kitchen is stocked with what we needed, thereā€™s fun board games, the deck space was phenomenal, the sunroom our favorite spot. The deck was fantastic too! Fun beach area for our littles and the lake is peaceful and so pretty. Great spot for grilling and fantastic grill! Comfy beds! Highly recommend!

Horseshoe Lake Vacation

Stayed here with our kids. The lake is clean and not weedy. Well stocked house. Wonderful views at sunrise. We enjoyed the deck and all of the amenities; which included a paddle boat and canoe. Caught some small fish off the dock. Water is well water and does has an odor (didn't bother us but we have well water at home).

Our fourth and last year at this property. The house and location have been great for I and my five fishing partners. We consider five stars in all categories. Except for the cost 1,653.00 for four nights stay. Overpriced for winter property.

Annual friends trip

Wonderful place. It was our third year and we hope to go back. Feel very comfortable there. Only suggestion is for six women, more toilet paper? Also one deck chair is a bit wonky so you feel like you will fall backwards when you sit in it. Maybe missing a screw? Facility is wonderful and again, we hope to return!
