This cabin was probably one of the best VRBO houses my family has stayed at. Very clean and lots to do. The firepit area and the pool table and dart board were put to lots of use during our stay!Plenty of kitchen supplies to use!Loved the spacious identity livingroom area, with 7 of us we had plenty of room!!The view of the sunrise every morning from the deck or even livingroom couch was beautiful!!So glad we found this house!

The pictures can’t do the property justice- the cabin is beautiful! Property was very clean, and everything one could need was provided. The Wi-Fi router had an issue, but the host took care of the issue within 30 minutes, truly impressive!We hope to come back soon for another stay.

Relaxing stay

We all thoroughly the beautiful accommodations, very spacious and clean. The outdoor scenery was so beautiful and very peaceful! We loved the lake scenery and lake access, and also the firepit for evening bonfires under the stars! Thanks for a great stay!

We have been renting lake houses in northern Wisconsin for vacation for almost 20 years. This property was magnificent and one of the best. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return if we don’t buy a place first. Thank you to our hosts!

Weekend Getaway

We had a super great experience here. Just stayed for the weekend, but we had a wonderful time. The house was super, super clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. There are a LOT of steps down to the dock, but it is well worth it to sit by the lake, go for a swim, or take one of the paddle boards out. Overall would absolutely recommend!Thanks for an amazing stay!

Very lovely lake home

The property was beautiful and our family loved the privacy and lushness of the grounds. The interior of the home was open and light and well appointed. We enjoyed cooking several meals and also made use of the outdoor griddle/grill. We were in the area for an extended family event and will definitely return in the future.

Wonderful Lake Home

We really enjoyed our stay at this lake home. The home was very clean and as pictured in the listing. The home was well stocked in the bathrooms and kitchen. It was nice to have the basement area with games, we spent a lot of time there. It was chilly so the fireplaces were wonderful. The view of the lake was very nice from the main level living area. I would rent this place again in a heartbeat.

Serenity on the lake

Felt like home from the moment we arrived. Beautiful luxurious cabin decorated very tastefully. Quiet and peaceful. Has everything provided utensils, cups, plates towels, plenty of cabinet and refrigerator space. the flat top and charcoal grills made cooking a breeze.It's located less than 10 minutes from town for groceries and anything else we needed.

Wonderful

We loved the home! The layout was ideal for family gatherings and for alone time. The beds were comfortable and the linens were so very luxurious. The setting was peaceful. We loved the loons and the owls. I miss it already! The stairs to the lake provided a daily workout for us! lol!

Great Family Getaway!

This spot in Cumberland was great for our family to get together and enjoy lake life. We had 7 adults and 1 toddler and room to boot! Accommodations were very nice, updated, and all that we needed for a 3 night stay. Yes, there are a lot of stairs to the water, but totally manageable and mastered by our 2 year old multiple times. Great and large lake, multiple outdoor spaces to gather and relax, easy to find, right down the street from golfing, and the flat top grill was icing on the cake! Our host was very responsive and so excited to share the space. Would stay again!

Great winter retreat!

We were a group of four ladies just wanting a long weekend at a cabin with a real fireplace. This property was amazing! The owner allowed an early check-in as we find driving in the dark to be challenging. So kind and always prompt to reply. Confortable beds, bathroom amenities, and fully stocked kitchen with everything to make our meals. We have already booked for our January 2026 weekend. Thank you!!!

Family fun for 5

5 of us (all adults) enjoyed 5 days. We swam, paddle boarded (brought our own and used the two provided), played games and read a lot of books. We were delighted with everything and I want to give a big shout-out to our hosts and all the communication. I enjoyed the stairs and one night we enjoyed a small fire. Fireflies in July. :-) I would love to return. Thanks for having us and best wishes to future guests.

A Quintessential Luxury Northwoods Cabin!

We were here for a reunion of 4 sibling couples and other family- it was PERFECT for that!!! A clean and beautifully decorated 3600 sq ft luxury cabin on 3 levels- with walkout decks on all 3 levels, well- equipped gourmet kitchen, comfortable beds, and lakeside frontage with dock. HUGE great room with views down to the lake, and large den-like area on lowest level with bedroom. Large firepit area about halway down to the water and dock (which unfortunately we didn't use due to 80-90 degree temperatures but would have otherwise). Very quiet and peaceful location, yet still close to town for shopping, etc. Owner/ manager was very responsive to a couple of minor questions we had. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND- especially for 6-8 people!!!

This property was exactly like the description stated. There is no TV on the main level, so if you have someone that's unable to walk multiple stairs it could be a little bit difficult. The main TV is in the basement. It does get very cold in the basement also. It's a great property on a wonderful lake. The house was clean. Well taken care of. There were just a few minor issues and recommendations that we made for the homeowner. They seem very nice. I would highly recommend this property.
