Amazing property with great restaurants and amenities. The spa is high priced but also incredible. The furniture in the unit is dated but we still love coming here and relaxing.

Family Vacay

We took 8 adults and 7 kids for 5 days to Big Cedar Lodge. Everything went great. We had requested to have our 3 separate room reservations as close as possible. The front desk did accommodate ourrequest and made sure we were in the same building. The shuttle transportation around the resort makes it easy to experience everything this amazing resort has to offer. We cannot wait to plan our next trip!

The resort is fantastic with incredible customer service. The condos are spacious, but starting to show their age. Itā€™s still a great deal compared to a cabin on property.

Beautiful Lodge!

We had a great experience at Big Cedarā€™s Wilderness Club! The rooms were spacious & our unit was actually 2 units, a 1-bedroom & studio connected through interior doors. It ended up being great for traveling with kids with various bedtimes! Kitchen had everything we needed & all the big cedar amenities were within easy walking distance.

Family getaway

The property was great! My kids really enjoyed Fun Mountain and all of the Christmas Activities that the resort had planned. We loved the drive thru light tour that was complimentary with our stay and the nature/ cave golf cart tour. The indoor pool was great. Checkin process wasnā€™t that great. When we went to check in our room wasnā€™t ready and they said they would call us when it was ready. They didnā€™t call us. When I went back to ask about it they said it was because the room wasnā€™t ready yet. I asked if they would double check with housekeeping bc it was past 4pm. They checked with housekeeping and it had already been ready. So just poor communication in that instance. Overall the room and property amenities were great!

Great Experience

This was my 5th visit to Big Cedar and 2nd time booking with Christian. Although the Wilderness Club is starting to show its age a bit, it is very clean and the amenities are fantastic. It is a great value, and I plan to book again next year!

I love Big Cedar. Sadly, a month before our stay, the original owner canceled. But, the booking group bent over backwards to find us something and got us an amazing upgrade at that. They were so kind. Wonderful stay!

Loved it!

We had a wonderful time at Big Cedar! We were in a two bedroom cabin, which was perfect. One small hiccupā€¦we were told the accommodations were two king beds and two pull out sofa beds and we ended up with one king, one queen and one sofa bed so we had to run to Walmart for an air mattress. But we loved the privacy of the cabin and had a memorable trip!

Another Great Trip to Big Cedar!

We had another great stay at the Wilderness Club at Big Cedar Lodge! The 2BR condo is perfect for our family of 5. We enjoyed the various pools the resort had to offer including the lazy river. Our kids always love spending time at Fun Mountain. First time we were there for 4th of July and the fireworks/drone show was spectacular! Good communication with the host and no problems with checking in or out. I do recommend contacting the property the night before your stay to make sure their system matches up with what you are expecting (name, dates, etc). Overall great stay!

Weekend Away

Absolutely loved this property! It was clean, easy to get to everything, great access to pools, recreation and relaxing. The unit was very clean and had all of the thing we needed to feel at home. Love staying at Wilderness Club at Big Cedar and look forward to our next visit.
