Feel the refreshing trade winds and take in the aroma of the beautiful Plumeria trees and Hawaiian foliage. #138 is a clean and comfortable upstairs unit with vaulted ceilings in the Grand Champions Villas. This condo comes fully stocked with all the amenities needed to make you feel as if you are in your own home.

The tasteful and well-thought-out furnishings truly embrace the Hawaiiana spirit. Catch up on your favorite shows via upgraded high-speed internet and three Smart TVs, including the large wall-mounted flat-screen in the living room. Blackout curtains in the living area make use of the upgraded sleeper sofa even more comfortable for sleeping up to six guests. The kitchen is updated with stainless appliances, slab granite countertops, and everything you need to enjoy home-cooked meals al fresco on the lanai.

This spacious 2-bedroom / 2-bath floor plan is perfect for families and groups alike! The Primary bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a beautifully renovated walk-in shower with two separate showerheads, including a rain shower. The secondary Primary also has its own ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo and has two extra-long twin beds that can be converted upon request into a true king-size bed.

The Grand Champions have lush beautiful landscaping with resort-style amenities that include two pools, Jacuzzi, BBQ, and Security.

Good location

Check in and check out were seamless. Property was as described but master bed room did not have a closet or hangers for clothes. Instead, multiple hooks are provided on the bathroom wall. Near to restaurants and shopping.

Great Home Base

We stayed here for 5 nights as a family (husband, wife, and adult kids 18 & 20). The location was fantastic and gave us the opportunity to walk to the beach and shops. The grounds were beautiful and well-maintained!Management were very responsive when the car pass we were required to submit was nowhere to be found. Also when there were 2 beach chairs when email said 4 (I did have to remind them a day or 2 later, and they promptly brought 2 brand new ones over to us).Bedrooms: We chose this unit in part on reviews stating beds were comfortable (which they were great for us) and AC available. The main bedroom AC cycled every few minutes with a loud rattling, yet it was not cooling. We went a few nights with very poor sleep, but then management finally brought in a new one, which worked great (so you should be great for your stay ;)Note that if you have 4 people needing showers, you'll likely want to cycle, as hot water runs out.Overall, the inside was good. The carpets didn't appear to be well-vaccuumed (and they are due for replacement), but I still give 4 stars overall for cleanliness. Kitchen: We cooked breakfast each morning and lunch at times - overall, it was decently stocked. We were impressed that there was a small lunch pail and ice packs, which was great for taking the sandwiches we made to the beach. We appreciated these accommodations as a great home base and we would stay again. Mahalo!

Great place

Wonderful Christmas Vacation spot

This property at Grand Champions Wailea had everything needed for a memorable family vacation. Spacious accomadation, great location in Wailea and close to the Shops of Wailea, beaches of south Maui and Wailea golf course. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed for at home cooking and the little touches of having cooking oil and spices handy was appreciated. As other posts have mentioned, the A/C unit in the bedroom was a little loud at night so we elected to turn it off, but at other parts of the year it might be necessary to keep it on. Overall, a great place to stay

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Champions 138. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, beds comfortable and beautiful garden view lanai where we enjoyed breakfast daily. The lanai faces tennis courts so you can hear tennis being played when you are outside. There are two pools in the community, with one of the pools being a "quiet pool", which I understood as adults only. We appreciated the beach chairs and towels for beach use. Overall, we would recommend this property.

Comfy beds and all you need!

The unit was clean, comfortable and cool. The pools are fairly small, but nice to be able to hang out at the end of the day and I loved having the tennis club and bar next door.

Not our first time Wailea but first time at this location. The unit was quiet and all items worked. The AC unit in the master bedroom is a bit loud, though we did not reach out to maintenance as we were only there 7 days. We would certainly consider this spot for a return trip to Maui.

Stellar Condo for Family with 3 Teens

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You can't go wrong renting this condo no matter the Maui experience you're after. Our family of five rented GR138 for two weeks and couldn't have been happier with our choice. Wailea has a less "touristy" feel than Kihei or Lahaina. The condo was clean, spacious, and quiet. We never felt crowded even with the 5 of us. We liked being on the second floor due to the vaulted ceiling and the sunrise views over the mountains right from the bed. You could see sunsets too, but we often went to a beach to see sunsets. Wailea Beach Walk was our favorite. The grounds were immaculate and the pool and hot tub were enjoyable. We recommend stopping at Costco right when you get off the plane for food, then pick up cheap water shoes, sunblock and the rest of your groceries at Walmart. We are picky about our drinking water, but the water at the condo was great. The property provides some laundry pods and coffee to get you started but you will need to bring/buy laundry detergent, storage baggies, coffee and coffee filters, shampoo and conditioner, shower soap, I highly recommend The Snorkel Store in Lahaina for snorkel gear, boogie boards, and umbrella rental. The property provides beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler. Between The Snorkel Store map and the book "Maui Revealed," getting around was very easy. Our favorite beaches for snorkeling were Po'olenalena and Kapalua. Our favorite boogie board beach was D.T. Fleming. Favorite coffee place: Akamai Coffee. Best Gift Shop: Maui Ocean Center. I highly suggest the site The Hawaiian Vacation for tips and tricks. I bought their Wayfinder Itinerary. This was the best vacation of our lives and we've been on a lot!! I can't recommend Grand Champions 138 enough.

Beautiful condo close to everything in Wailea

Our stay at Grand Champions 138 was wonderful. The condo is spotless and beautifully appointed. The decor, amenities, and amount is space was perfect for my family of 5. Easy walk to Shops of Wailea, restaurants, and other resort areas. Would highly recommended this condo for any family vacationing in Wailea.

It was nice having all the essentials on hand. Kitchen was well stocked. Towels and beach accessories extremely helpful. Air conditioners worked wonderful. Easy walking distance to shops. Communication was probably the best for me. Dealing with Covid and uncertainty. Management was quite helpful.

A beautiful lanai overlooking Haleakala and tennis courts

We give this place a five star review for many reasons. First, it is beautifully appointed, with tasteful furniture, spacious living, and a well —equipped kitchen. We have traveled the world, this was one of our most memorable experiences in Maui. Second, staying in Kihei is marvelous. It’s the sunniest part of the island. The landscaping of the complex is magnificent and accessibility to restaurants, beach, and water activity is amazing! We loved it!
