We also have a 3rd Floor Unit. VRBO listing 442242. Our dream came true when we purchased this second floor, double master bedroom condo in beautiful Wailea. We've rented Maui condos for years and have found that nothing compares to the lush tropical setting of the Grand Champion Villas. We have been disappointed a few times with units that seemed stripped down to just the bare essentials. We set this unit up to offer exactly what we would expect a condo to offer for the utmost enjoyment and comfort. When we purchased this unit, it was our desire to make it one of the nicest condos in the complex. We feel we have succeeded by doing just that. Our kitchen has new stainless appliances as well as an air fryer. This is a lock off style condo with two entry doors as well as front and back stairs. Each bedroom has a king bed (not two twins) and each bathroom features an elegant vessel sink and newly tiled showers. A recent client told us this condo was nicer than any of the top resorts on Maui. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the large double lanai or enjoy the 50' flatscreen TV in the living room. We provide free cable TV and high speed internet. Each bedroom offers top of the line Tommy Bahama bedding and luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets. Thick, plush Egyptian cotton towels are provided in each bath. We stocked the main kitchen with brand new dishes, and glassware as well as everything you could possibly need. Each master bedroom has a TV and its own A/C unit. There is a third A/C in the living room, but we suggest you enjoy the wonderful Maui breezes. We've just installed new screen doors that allow the tropical breezes to flow through. This condo offers the much sought after lock out feature which provides a separate entry door into the second master bedroom. This second master bedroom has a kitchenette with microwave and small fridge. The second entry door allows two couples to share the unit but still have extra privacy. We've also included beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards for your beach enjoyment. Best of all, we have a on sight condo manager should you have a problem with anything. The Grand Champions Villas is an upscale award winning resort complex located in the heart of Wailea on Wailea's Old Blue Golf Course and Tennis Club. This world-class complex has two crystal-clear heated swimming pools, hot tubs, gas BBQ grills, and gorgeous lush tropical gardens and flowers throughout. Just a short stroll away is the elegant Shops of Wailea with numerous popular restaurants like the Tommy Bahama Cafe to choose from. You are walking distance to Wailea's beautiful swimming beaches and a spectacular paved walking path that borders Wailea's five star hotels. Enjoy the restaurants and spas at the Grand Wailea, The Four Seasons Resort and Kea Lani Resort. Cancellation Policy: No Refunds within 60 days of arrival.

Late Check Outs: We have to schedule cleaning at the time of your booking and we are not able to reschedule cleaners once you arrive. We can not approve any late check outs when new guests are arriving on your departure date.
If you have a later flight, please book an extra night. This will allow you to enjoy your day without having to carry your luggage around. You can come in and shower before heading to the airport.
