Southern Grace is a one of a kind, gorgeous home that sits on 200 ft of Fightingtown Creek frontage. This creek is well known to the avid trout fisherman and is one of the most beautiful creeks in North Georgia! This stream is stocked and is a catch-and-release only. Only barb less hooks are allowed to maximize the trout's chances for survival and growth.

Access to the river is very easy with steps leading into the water. Whether you've come to enjoy throwing a line or just chillin' in the cool mountain waters, this stream will not disappoint. There is a patio complete with fire pit at water's edge to enjoy a campfire along with some great conversation with friends or family. Unwind in the large hot tub located on the deck under a bed of stars.

The huge covered porch is a great place to enjoy a meal or cozy up in front of the impressive stone gas fireplace. Torn between watching the game or enjoying the fresh outdoors? No worries, the 50" TV on the covered porch allows for both.

Inside this home, it is apparent that meticulous attention to detail was given in every way. You'll fall in love with the sturdy yet cozy feel of the home as well as the furnishings that are sure to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The great room has a 42" TV with Dish Network and a gas log fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a gas stove and granite counter tops. The queen master bedroom on the main level boasts a large private bath with claw foot tub as well as a walk in shower.

Three other bedrooms house the upper level, a king with 32" TV and a private balcony, a queen bedroom with 32" TV, both of these bedrooms share a jack and jill bath and there is another queen bedroom with it's own private bath with a walk in shower.

Southern Grace is one of those places you will be so thankful you found and it will leave you with a longing to return. Located in McCaysville, only 12 miles from Mercier's Apple House in Blue Ridge makes this the perfect location for those looking to get away from it all but still not too far from whats going on in town.

All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:

Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, Keurig/drip combo, crock pot, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans, blender.

Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-wash cloth per person listed on guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat and air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dust pan, mop, cable or satellite TV, and propane grill.

In addition we provide a complimentary start-up supplies of: Toilet Tissue (2 rolls per bathroom), Paper Towels, (1 roll), Garbage Bags (2-3 bags) , Dishwasher Detergent (1-2 loads) Laundry Detergent (1 load), and Dish Washing Soap (mini bottle).

Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items.

The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.
