The kitchen was well- stocked and had everything we needed. There was a welcome basket for our dog, including treats and bowls to use. We were also surprise with a goody basket for us that included sā€™mores supplies and popcorn. This house was a wonderful and very comfortable place to stay. We plan to return!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful lake cottage in the mountains. This was our 2nd stay here with our good friends and it seems every visit is sure to be more special than the last. The balcony view overlooking the lake was breathtaking and quickly became our favorite spot for morning coffee and evening sunset cocktails. The surrounding walking paths were gorgeous and peacefulā€”perfect for relaxing strolls and taking in the natural beauty. The cottage itself was comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully maintained. On top of it all, the host was fantastic: friendly, responsive, and truly cared about making our stay special. We will happily return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a serene getaway.

This cabin was wonderful and our host Marilyn was very kind and communicative. My friends and I used the cabin as a weekend book club retreat and it was so quiet, with a beautiful view of the lake. It's not right on the lake, so you aren't dealing with motor or tourist noise, but the views are breathtaking. We could not have asked for a more peaceful setting.

We visited Lake Arrowhead for our 25th Anniversary and greatly enjoyed this cozy cabin! Marilyn the owner is a great host, and made the process easy with good communication. My daughters enjoyed the sā€™mores kit and hot cocoa. It rained the whole time we were there so we didnā€™t get to enjoy the amazing lake view very much, but would love to rent this cabin again. This cabin has everything you need, including a very nice view. It even had millennium falcon model among toys and puzzles. The kitchen was very well stocked. Very clean and even lake access pass. They even left us smores kit to enjoy with the firepit. Amazing! Loved our stay.

I am very active and love hiking the trails, dirt biking and quading (4 wheelers) with my son. I go to Lake Arrowhead every chance I get, to unwind, relieve stress and center myself. I am a warm and caring women and the cabin is a reflection of that. I spend my free time volunteering in third world countries, building schools, working with orphans and disaster relief.

About 40 years ago I rented this cabin for winter break with some friends and family. We all fell in love with the peace and tranquility of the Mountains, the magnificent location and coziness of the cabin. I became a frequent renter and eventually purchased it from the owners. For me, it has always been a magical place, and I love it as much as the first time I rented.

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

As I travel up the mountain from L.A., only a 90 minute drive, I can physically feel the layers of stress peel off. By the time I get there I am already in a renewed and relaxed state. Most noticeable is the lack of traffic and noise, just the quiet sounds of nature.
I love the four seasons, each for their own unique character. I originally thought this was a winter resort, but actually it is popular all seasons, and especially summer. I am located on a private lane, away from the highways, surrounded by trees and the most spectacular lake views. You can usually find me on the deck staring aimlessly at the lake and listening to the birds and the wind blowing in the trees. I am a dog lover, and my dogs love Lake Arrowhead, where they can run on the trails and explore. The close proximity to Los Angeles is a plus, because whenever I need to escape I just get in the car and make the short drive.
