Every day, I enjoyed the deck in some capacity - drinking my morning coffee, lounging with a book, or unwinding with a glass of wine. We brought our dog with us, and the owner left the cutest little basket for her with a blanket, dog treats, a ball and a lint roller. The attention to detail is just spectacular. Perfect accommodations! The view is spectacular from main rooms and bedrooms! Very peaceful and quiet. The cabinā€™s appointments are wonderful. Marilyn (host) was very helpful with questions. It was the perfect getaway. We will be pining to come back .

Excellent stay at this lovely Arrowhead cabin. The view of the lake as soon as you walk in is just incredible. Huge deck with plenty of places to sit. Cabin felt homey and the amenities (appliances, pots, pans, plates, glasses, games, etc) were modern and plentiful. We also appreciated the extra host-provided details (smores and stuff for the dog). The bedrooms and living room had more than enough room and extremely comfy beds, although one bath, the kitchen and dining area are a bit tight but adequate. Quiet and serene neighborhood. Our host was perfect- made sure everything was good while also maintaining our privacy. Absolutely loved it and will return again!

We visited Lake Arrowhead for our 25th Anniversary and greatly enjoyed this cozy cabin! Marilyn the owner is a great host, and made the process easy with good communication. My daughters enjoyed the sā€™mores kit and hot cocoa. It rained the whole time we were there so we didnā€™t get to enjoy the amazing lake view very much, but would love to rent this cabin again. Thanks Marilyn!

This cabin was wonderful and our host Marilyn was very kind and communicative. My friends and I used the cabin as a weekend book club retreat and it was so quiet, with a beautiful view of the lake. It's not right on the lake, so you aren't dealing with motor or tourist noise, but the views are breathtaking. We could not have asked for a more peaceful setting.

Beautiful view !!! Small cozy house surrounded by trees - Kitchen is well supplied. Beds are very comfortable. Outside patio/balcony is very nice. Only one complaint - Noise! Every morning just after 7:00 a.m. weā€™d hear machinery or music going. Our tranquil mornings on the balcony interrupted by noise. Other than that, our stay was perfect !!!

Perfect family getaway

We had a wonderful stay! The house has an incredible view, very clean and welcoming. We appreciated the quick communication with the owner, as well as cute welcoming baskets for the kids and our dog. We walked down the trail to the beach and lake. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful.

We had a great time. The house was cozy with a beautiful deck overlooking the lake. It has enough modern amenities to provide convenience, but the older decorations made it feel cozy and welcoming. Located in a quiet neighborhood, it includes easy access to the hiking trails and the lake. Also, The market is just a 15 mins drive away. This is now one of our favorites on Vrbo. Marilyn, our host was really great too. She made sure we had a great stay and was easy to reach when we had questions.

Amazingly clean, welcoming and comfortable stay!

Love love love this cabin! Host is amazing and friendly and quick to respond. Property has an amazing view of the lake and a beautiful neighborhood to walk in. We traveled with our pet dogs and have never felt so welcome with the doggie spa basket and extras.! The s'more basket and popcorn was a wonderful surprise! The home is neat and clean and well taken care of complete with games for relaxing times and everything you can think of or need in the kitchen to prepare ameal at home if you like! A wonderful stay! I am very active and love hiking the trails, dirt biking and quading (4 wheelers) with my son. I go to Lake Arrowhead every chance I get, to unwind, relieve stress and center myself. I am a warm and caring women and the cabin is a reflection of that. I spend my free time volunteering in third world countries, building schools, working with orphans and disaster relief.

We all fell in love with the peace and tranquility of the Mountains, the magnificent location and coziness of the cabin. I became a frequent renter and eventually purchased it from the owners. For me, it has always been a magical place, and I love it as much as the first time I rented.

As I travel up the mountain from L.A., only a 90 minute drive, I can physically feel the layers of stress peel off. By the time I get there I am already in a renewed and relaxed state. Most noticeable is the lack of traffic and noise, just the quiet sounds of nature.
I love the four seasons, each for their own unique character. I originally thought this was a winter resort, but actually it is popular all seasons, and especially summer. I am located on a private lane, away from the highways, surrounded by trees and the most spectacular lake views. You can usually find me on the deck staring aimlessly at the lake and listening to the birds and the wind blowing in the trees. I am a dog lover, and my dogs love Lake Arrowhead, where they can run on the trails and explore. The close proximity to Los Angeles is a plus, because whenever I need to escape I just get in the car and make the short drive.
