The uber modern living room boasts floor-to-ceiling windows with tons of natural light and an expansive ocean view. With all new plush seating there is plenty of room to hang out and watch the view or catch a game on the large flat screen TV! The expansive terrace is your comfortably-furnished outdoor living room. The dining room seats 4 at the coastal chic table, with additional seating at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped updated gourmet kitchen features stainless appliances, granite counters, modern custom cabinetry,and plentiful storage space. Whether you love to cook or prefer eating out, you’ll enjoy preparing your favorite meal in this gourmet kitchen!

The gorgeous master suite includes a cozy king bed topped with luxury linens and posh bedding. You’ll also enjoy a large LCD television, walk in closet and beachfront terrace access. The ensuite master bath is equally impressive, featuring a 2-person jetted tub, huge separate glass shower and double vanities. The second and third bedrooms serve as bonus masters, each offering a king bed as well! There is also a with a bunk bed featuring 2 twins in the hall.
