This stunning 5th floor beachfront retreat boasts a spacious open-concept layout, high-end furnishings and appliances, and luxurious appointments throughout. The living area is the ultimate lounge space, boasting a huge sectional, 2 cushioned chairs, a large HDTV and beachfront balcony access! The gourmet kitchen offers everything needed to inspire your inner-chef. The dining area offers a beautiful table seating for 6, with additional seating for 4 at the expansive breakfast bar. The gorgeous master suite includes a cozy king bed topped with luxury linens and posh bedding, a large LCD television, walk in closet and beachfront terrace access. The ensuite master bath is equally impressive, featuring a huge 2-person jetted tub, separate glass shower, double vanities and even a bidet! The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are equally accommodating, each hosting premium mattresses, soft linens, flat screen TVs and private baths, plus northerly views of the Key highlighting the Intercoastal Waterway and Old River.

The La Playa features luxury amenities, including a gulf front seasonally heated pool, a fitness center with gulf views, a boardwalk to the beautiful beach, and one assigned covered parking spot (all other cars have offsite parking). With only 37 residences at the building, this low density property is the perfect destination for your beach getaway!
