In light of current events, we are working around the clock to ensure that our guests can feel safe staying in our home. Using CDC guidelines, surfaces are cleaned with a 99% bleach solution disinfected before each guest's arrival. Unlike other residential homes, we strip quilt coverlets and bedspreads and laundering them between guests. We ask ALL our guests to assess themselves and the health of their fellow travelers in the days and weeks leading up to their arrival at our home.

Additional amenities include a home gym, full theater/game room setup.

This property is located just a few minutes drive from Park City Main St. where you can enjoy the best shopping, dining and nightlife Park City has to offer.

Looking to catch the first chair at one of our world class ski resorts? This property is a 5 minute drive from the lifts at Deer Valley Ski Resort or Park City Mountain Resort.

**** IMPORTANT PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING ****

Due to recent large parties and noise infractions we now have the following house rules in place. By booking this home you acknowledge agreement with and adherence to the following house rules:

1. You will only have 7 vehicles at the home.
2. You will not park on the road. You will only park in the driveway or in the garage.
3. You will not produce any loud outside noise after 9 PM. This includes coming home late at night, being outside on the deck or patio etc...

The above rules are not hard to follow. And if followed you will have a wonderful stay, enjoy your vacation, enjoy the neighborhood and have no problems.

If you any of the above rules are broken your Security Deposit will be immediately forfeit.

We are so sorry for the strict rules but by having them in place it ensures that you and your guests will have a wonderful and uninterrupted stay.

If you aren't 100% confident that you can abide by these rules please do not book this home! We would hate for you to lose your deposit and or be made to leave the home.
