Great house for larger groups/families. Short walk to mid-mountain lifts/lodge. Lots of kitchenware for cooking. Great fireplace, hot tub to stay warm. Definitely recommend.

Family Ski Vacation

Great home for a Deer Valley family ski weekend. Great location with easy access to the mountain and back home again. Nice kitchen and living areas, and all bedrooms had separate bathrooms which was very nice for our family groups.

Great Ski Property

Overall, the place was great for 3 families to spend a ski weekend together. Main feedback is that it the property location is ok for a ski-out via a trail but ski-in is not as easy. At best a 5 min walk coming home.

Wonderful Spring Break Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at 7700 Sterling Drive. House was just as described. We were there at the tail end of the season (first week in April) and got some snowbird days and some fresh snow. We had 3 families and the teenagers enjoyed having their own space in the bottom floor bunkroom. The bedrooms were all good sizes and plenty of space. The house was in walking distance to a few different lodges. We had a few delicious meals at Glitretind, which was slope side. We also made the very short/easy drive to Deer Valley resort and Park City resort. House was well stocked with kitchen essentials and very clean. Would higly recommend.

Missed Opportunity

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Annual ski group of 7 always looking for plenty of space and nice amenities. The house had a good location, walkable to Silver Lake village where you can take advantage of overnight ski storage and daily storage for your walking shoes, or ski down to Snow Park and back to generally the end of the street. The amenities however were lacking. No garbage bags, three dishwasher tabs, a few rolls of single ply TP, two small rolls paper towels, no foil, a wine refrigerator that didn’t work and a mixed set of 5 wine glasses on top of the not too uncommon worn cookware. Ordered wine glasses, garbage bags, paper towels, foil and to from Instacart to make things more civilized. Not exactly what you are looking for with 5bd and 7 adults looking to take advantage of the Wolf range. The interior is dated as if the owner is waiting for just a couple more seasons before remodeling to live there full time. The fireplace didn’t work, but management took care of that within 6 hours of a call. Management requests could use an upgrade to app or text as making requests or being around for a repair doesn’t mesh with being gone all day skiing. The house had the space needed and could be great with some simple upgrades in flooring, finishes and a small amount spent on glassware, cookware that would make a big impact and cost little.

Fun Weekend Away

There were a group of 9 adults for a fun, long weekend and the place was perfect. We loved the location because we had that mountain feel at the house but Main Street was a quick car ride away. House was very spacious and we all felt like we had a lot of room. House was very clean upon checking, especially the bathrooms which was great.

Great multi-family rental

Excellent location in summer for mt. biking, huge house, great kitchen for cooking, beautiful views and wildlife in backyard multiple days. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 cuz fairly generic and impersonal— 1 old dishtowel, 0 personal touches, cheap gas station TP. All easy fixes, mgmt. company maybe.

Amazing Home!

Loved the house! Very spacious, with all the amenities you would need. Loved the views from all locations of the house. Every day we had deer walk through the back area. Only complaint was the alarm going off on the middle of the night on the wine fridge. We tried everything to fix the problem. Wish there was some instructions near, to know how to correct the situation. Aside from that, absolutely loved the house!

Great summer getaway

This is a great house, in a great location a short bike ride from the Deer Valley Silver Lake base area. Great layout, with bedrooms spread out and plenty of space for 3 families on a multi-generational reunion trip. Everything was as expected and advertised, with no issues other than a minor maintenance issue that the property manager addressed within a few hours on a Sunday afternoon...no complaints on that. We'd rent the place again and recommend to others.

Beautiful very nice big home

We loved staying at this property. We loved the spaciousness of it. It was big enough to accommodate our whole family. The only things we thought would have been better were more dish clothes and dish towels. We only had two of each for a 3 day stay. More toilet paper would have been nice also. Overall we loved it!!!

Altitude training for Floridians

We loved this house. I brought my cross country team and some chaperones to Park City for the first time and we fell in love! Beautiful views, tough trails, and skinny air made it quite the challenge... but all the kids had a blast. Huge house with enough bathrooms to accomodate 17 people. We definitely will be back!

Large ski home in Silver Lake of Deer Valley

This is a great ski home that fits 3 families. We had 2 families and had plenty of extra space. Has everything you need for a great ski vacation. Walk across the street to ski access (not for beginners), and walk a block back home from around the corner. Kitchen is well-stocked. 2 fridges allow room for lots of groceries. Great views from the windows. Would definitely stay here again.
