We (like everyone else) are struggling to get supplies at times and it could have been that we were just waiting on an order to ship to us. Hi Kathy, Thank you for your review although we would have appreciated it if you had told the truth. First, the exhaust fan over the oven is functioning. We tested it after you left and found it in working order. Second, the oven works fine, we even had an appliance repair company check it out after your departure and found everything in working order. Third, no smoke alarms have ever been removed from any rooms, your comment that they were is a flat out lie. Fourth, the house is stocked for a "normal" stay in terms of unit supplies. Some people use some of it and some people use all of it, no matter who you are, all you have to do is call the office and we'll bring you more of whatever you need. Last, I just want to say how disappointing this review is. It's one thing if you just didn't like the place, but to get the facts so wrong and tell lies about it is just downright sad. Hi Stacey, Thank you for your review, we are glad you enjoyed your stay. We have checked on the closet shelves and the grill and are working on the dryer. The dryer does not emit gasses (nor carbon monoxide) and is perfectly safe. Typically the properties we manage are stocked with plastic wrap, foil, baggies, etc but sometimes a group will use them all up so please call us during your stay and we will bring you more.
