The property was centrally located, beautiful views, nicely appointed and perfect for our group. We had mornings out on the porch and it was an easy walk to downtown Frisco. Older kids (29-33) enjoyed the jigsaw puzzles and the hot tub. Highly recommend this unit.

Easy access to several ski areas/towns.We had a couple of issues rapidly handled by management. Nice spot for a group to spread out.

Ski weekend

Very well located next to the lake and very convenient to go skiing to different resorts like Breck, Keystone, Copper Mountain, Vail or Beaver Creek. We had a couple of problems with the firepit and the kitchen garbage disposal, but the communication with the property manager was good.

Frisco friend and family ski trip

Myself, a friend, my son and his friends all stayed in this property for our annual ski trip. We were able to drive to Copper everyday to go skiing. The condo was perfect, we enjoyed the hot tub and the well stocked kitchen. There were a couple very minor issues and my text messages were answered immediately. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Ski trip

The stay was great. We had a few issues due to the weather but the property manager was responsive and corrected them quickly, especially with the bad weather.

Nice place to stay

Nice unit. Good Location. For the large number of beds, the dinning room table was small (seats 6). The Galley kitchen was small too. All the light switches were labeled, which was very cool. Check in and check out were very easy. Great communication with Host, who was very interested that we enjoy our stay.

Great days in Frisco

Great Colorado Family Trip

This property has stunning views of the lake and mountains. We loved the floorplan which let everyone have space if they wanted it. We walked into Frisco every day. Great location between Copper, Breck, and Dillon. The manager was great in communication. We will definitely be back.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was in a wonderful location. The bedrooms were mostly large, but with taxes and fees it was $227. per couple, per night for 6 people to stay and for that it would have been nice to have furniture that wasn't totally worn out and so heavy you couldn't move the dining room chairs. The cracked, cloudy windows didn't make you feel like you were in a 5 star lodging. But its funny how the little things nag at you, and the toilet paper was the cheapest on the planet. Not the image projected on VRBO.

Mountain retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family was traveling to Denver for a family wedding and decided to spend about 5 days in the mountains. We love Frisco and wanted to find a house for our family of seven to rent. This house worked out perfectly for us with plenty of room and a great location near town but with great privacy and view. We were having some difficulty with the TV in the living room and contacted the managers who responded very quickly and were available to answer any of our questions. I would definitely recommend this property for travelers to the Frisco/ Breckenridge area.

Comfortable and Convenient

Easy drive to Copper Mountain for skiing and minutes from the shops and restaurants of downtown Frisco. There were a few issues where repairs had not been taken care of, but nothing that impacted our stay.

Great Location

This property is in a perfect location to get to any local ski resort or shopping. There is plenty of space to spread out and relax. When coming to the area again, this will be the top of our list.

The townhouse was perfect for our stay skiing all the surrounding mountains and located close to stores for our needs Two problems while staying were ran out of hot water one night after too many back to back shower. Hot Tub area needed to be cleared of snow and ice as it was very dangerous getting in and out Thanks for the stay

Would stay here again!

Overall a great stay! There was plenty of space and the listing was accurate. We needed a sink drain repair while there and the maintenance came within a few hours of sending a message to fix the issue. The only issue we had was there were a few dirty dishes placed in the cabinet. We just rewashed them and enjoyed the rest of our stay. We would stay here again!

It’s a short walk on the bike path to Main Street and convenient to get to all of the ski resorts in the area. The property was comfortable and matched the photos. The two bedrooms on the second floor are a little small, but the upstairs master and lower level bedroom are very nicely sized. There was an issue with the dryer, but the management company did their best to resolve it and was very responsive to our requests during the time of the outage. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

January 2024 - Friends Ski Trip

Property was in a great location for us as we love to ski in Breckenridge, but also love to ski other resorts close by and this location has easy access to I-70. It has a second living room area that was great for the kids to hang out in. Had to shovel a couple times to get out in the morning but to be fair it snowed quite a bit while we were there. We had a really nice stay.

As advertised!

There are times when some properties don’t live up to their billing but this place did. Well equipped, clean and great layout (unless you don’t want stairs). Super nice neighborhood as well with hiking / biking path at your door step.

Perfect location!

We had family in town, and wanted to get away to the mountains with our kayaks and paddleboards. We had 10 people total, and this was the perfect place! There was plenty of room, and the location was ideal! It was a quick 5 minute drive to Frisco Marina, and easy to get on the water. The location is also an easy walk to town! The townhouse was clean, well stocked and comfortable. We will definitely be back! Next time, we plan a winter ski season visit!
