This single-story three bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom house sits in the small, gated community of Marena Cove with less than 25 luxury homes. The pictures, though beautiful, do it little justice. The wood-beam ceilings, the tile floors, the sounds of the waves., as you sit, relax, and enjoy the good life.

There are three restaurants (Splash is our favorite) a two-minute drive or 10 minute walk away. Puerto Nuevo, home to great lobster dinners, is 7 minutes away. Primo Tapia with restaurants and shops is 5 minutes away. Rosarito is 15 minutes away, Ensenada is 25 minutes away, and the wine country is 25 minutes away. Surfing is minutes away. Long beaches are minutes away (tho you have your own small beach during the summer!).

The house is fully loaded with all appliances, plates, cups, utensils, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, washer, dryer, and a TV in the bedroom. We put in a 5-stage remineralizing reverse osmosis system at the kitchen sink.

This relaxing retreat is for 8 people max (no more than 6 adults), with two California king beds and a queen.
