Beautiful one story 3 bedrooms, 2 baths beach villa with ocean view. The villa sleeps 8 guests which is the maximum allowed per HomeOwners Association Rules. No exceptions!!
All bedrooms and living room have their own TVs.
Master has king bed and ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom II has king bed
Bedroom III has twin bunk beds and 1 queen bed.

You will enjoy stunning vistas in a relaxing setting on an exclusive ocean front property. From magnificent ocean views to wonderful amenities, La Paloma offers everything you need to feel right at home and more.
Located at only 25 minutes south of the San Diego-Tijuana International Border, you can enjoy the wonders that Mexico has to offer. From delicious Mexican food like Lobster in famous Puerto Nuevo, its warm and inviting people, nightlife, quaint shops, Ensenada at a 30 minute drive and charming downtown Rosarito at only a quick 1/4 mile drive or a beautiful 10 minute beach walk. Over 50 villas to choose from.

La Paloma Beach & Tennis Club is an upscale private resort that is gated with 24/7 security. For your entertainment and enjoyment onsite are

4 jacuzzis
3 championship tennis courts
4 club houses for family and friends gatherings (2 are ocean front)

barbecue areas.

You must bring your personal belongings, toiletries, beach towels and food.
If you need to re stock personal supplies there is a gas station with a convenience store 1 minute from La Paloma.

Overall a nice stay. The villa is beautiful, spacious and comfortable. Really enjoyed having a garage and scenic view. Will definitely book again when the time comes.

Really nice place. Easy walk into town. Felt very secure in this gated complex. Simple fix - Wish they would give more TP, paper towels and dish soap.

Fun birthday weekend

Our party enjoyed all the sites amenities, the in-house restaurant, the pool etc. All the staff were helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful ocean views

Very nice and open layout and spacious rooms and close to everything. Great views. Our parents and kids loved it. We took a jog on the beach and it was breath taking. Very safe and convenient.

Great spot, beautiful complex, friendly staff!

Had a wonderful stay at our villa! The condo was clean, fit 8 adults comfortably, beds were comfy! Quick walk or cab to downtown. So many great things to do at the complex as well! We loved hanging out in the rec room playing games during the sunset! The office staff were extremely helpful! And visit Israel at the restaurant!

Outstanding

We have been visiting La Paloma properties for more than 10 years, and stayed in many other properties, but this one probably was the best both for the actual location (beach/ocean proximity, front line), as well as how well maintained and equipped was it. Very clean, well organized and all essentials in place. Certainly will be looking to stay again in the future!

Nice location for a good vacation

The front desk ladies are very helpful and friendly. They addressed all of our questions very well. This unit has beautiful views. The gated community has its private beach. It's safe, clean and comfortable. I also like the onsite mamamia restaurant. We really like getting takeout food and eat in this unit to enjoy the views and comfort. The kitchen has nice Chinas and pots. The owner has grounded coffee, a gallon of drinking water, a bottle of wine, olive oil, and almost everything I need. Before booking this place, I also searched other resorts, further north or further south. I'm glad I booked this.

Weekend in Paradise

We had a weekend celebration for my friend's birthday. We were able to pick this place up on short notice, And it did not disappoint. We were 10 steps from the water, the house was beautiful, fully appointed with cups and glasses, plates and silverware. Wish we had more time to spend there, but it won't be the last time. Highly recommended! 👌

Great place, beautiful views!

The place was nice and comfortable. The views were amazing. Very good place for families, was pretty quiet throughout our stay, but also walking distance to downtown bars and shops via the beach or road. The place didn’t have AC but the fans and opening the windows to let the sea breeze help keep the house cool. The rooms were spacious, especially the master. Access to the private beach is available and multiple pools/hot tubs available as well. Gym is small but has what you need get a good workout. Tennis/pool tables available, just need to visit the office to get the equipment. Overall a great place to stay and I will definitely be returning with my family.

Lovely view and beautiful grounds

We definitely enjoyed our stay -- this is 3rd time at this VRBO unit/owner. We have been to property multiple times - and you cannot beat the location. We will return. The unit is charming and beds comfortable. Was a little tough this time (Sept 2022) without the A/C (we were fully aware it did not have one and usually it is not a problem). The bedroom ceiling fans did a great job keeping the rooms circulated and we slept comfortable with the movement of the air and windows open; the living room ceiling fan really not equipped to handle the size of room so had a tough time keeping air flow -- the oscillating fan that was in the closet we moved to the living room and it was trip saver. The unit is very close access to the beach and has views; also very close to your parking space so easy unloading/loading. Would love to have some adirondack chairs on the patio to sit and enjoy the sunsets and evenings. The existing barstools/high table were not usable/comfortable on the small patio -- so we used our beach chairs. Very easy check in/out process - no problems what-so-ever. While we did not cook - we could have w/ the equipped kitchen.

Perfect Family Stay

My family and I wanted to get away for a quick weekend and this was the perfect spot. It was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfy. Check in was simple. Had a bit of a hard time figuring out the wifi but we eventually got it. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with the essentials. We didn’t cook here because we new we wanted to go out. The property was amazing and my boys loved playing football. It’s a 15 minute walk to Rosarito which was awesome! We will definitely be back.

Beautiful view, good location

The view from the villa is exactly like the picture. It is few steps from an overlook that is gorgeous. We even saw dolphins in the waves one morning. The weather our weekend was on the chilly side, but that just meant that we spent more time in the hot tub. Outside the complex, if you head to the right, there are taco shops and lots of local businesses. Pottery, lawn art, Amazing doors... The unit itself is very comfortable. In fact the water pressure is probably the best that I have ever found while vacationing in Mexico. The downside of that is that if you are not careful the second person that plans to take a shower will not have hot water. The only negative to this property is that it is on a very busy street and it is very close to the highway. So, while we did have some nice wave sounds....Sometimes they were drowned out by the traffic sounds. I will still keep this property in mind for my next "Staycation" it was a great weekend.
