The villa has an exceptional situation with a breathtaking sea view.
The villa gets southern exposure. All the living spaces of the house have a wonderful view on the ocean.
The house offers numerous spaces situated on 3 different floors: - at the swimming pool level are located three chambers with view on the swimming pool and the ocean, as well as the big bathroom and the separate WC's.
- on the first floor is situated a living and dining room, a large kitchen and a fourth bedroom which also has a wonderful seaview and a privative bathroom. A vast and pleasant terrace is equipped with a summer kitchen (barbecue) and a covered part.
- at the upper level there is a roof terrace fitted out in lounge offering an exceptional panoramic view.
The beach of Luz (Praia da Luz) is easily accessible on foot (approximately a quarter of an hour on foot) by a path following the ocean and is only at 5 minutes by car. Luz's village offers a lot of shops (supermarket,...) and many bars and restaurants.
The beach of Burgau on the West is accessible on foot.
The city of Lagos is 10 min of car, or bus which passes at the foot of the domain. Lagos is a charming historic city surrounded with ramparts, which presents a picturesque city center. You find all the businesses (big market of Lagos every day), shops, bars, restaurants, night animation, and the big marina.
Except the beautiful beach of Luz, you find near other beaches so magnificent : Ponta da Piedade and his caves, Dona Ana, Meïa Praïa, Porto doh Mb ...
Luz is in border of the natural reserve of the southwest Alentejo, of the coast Vicentine, the paradise of the surfers, with the magnificent ocean beaches of Amado, Arrifana, and other ...
Casa Palma is for the rent recently. The outside of the villa was totally renovated recently. All the rooms were fitted out carefully, and many of the furniture is new. Outside, all the furniture (garden tables, chairs sunbathing, garden furniture on the roof brings down) is new.
