ℹ SEF REQUIREMENTS All property owners in Portugal are required by law to report information about tourists and guests to the Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (SEF for short). In order to fulfil the legal requirements, we ask you for your personal data one week before arrival. This is a mandatory requirement.

The villa is tastefully furnished to a high standard.
1st floor: a kitchen and an open-plan living/dining room, guest WC and a terrace with distant views.
Ground floor: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 office.
Studio/basement: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an open-plan living/kitchen/dining area with sofa and TV.
W-LAN is available free of charge throughout the house.

Studio
In the house, via the internal staircase or via the external garden stairs, you reach the approx. 95 m² studio in the basement. The studio consists of two bedrooms, a shower room and a combined living/dining room with kitchenette and TV corner with sofa.
The modern shower room in the studio is also equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer in addition to the 1st floor.
The combined living/dining room is equipped with a well-equipped kitchenette with oven, electric hob, fridge and dishwasher. The dining table is extendable.

1st Floor
A spacious living room is located on the upper floor and can be reached via the marble staircase on the inside or via the spiral staircase on the outside. Sliding doors to the left and right of the fireplace lead to the terrace with views of the outdoor pool, the neighbouring gardens and into the distance. In the evening, you can also watch a herd of goats, sheep and cows crossing the road.

There is also a fully equipped kitchen on the upper floor.
(dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and all the usual kitchen and cooking utensils). Separately there is a guest WC and a multi-purpose room with washing machine, tumble dryer and a freezer.
Outdoor area:
heated outdoor pool approx. 4.5 x 8.5 m for a fee, brick barbecue, outdoor kitchen with gas barbecue, barbecue terrace with table and 8 chairs, covered terrace and relaxation areas with 8 sun loungers around the pool, for the whole family.

The holiday home is located on the hill above Meia Praia. The marina can be reached in 8 minutes by car and offers numerous and varied shops, cafés and restaurants. The old town of Lagos can be easily reached via a pedestrian bridge in the marina. The old town with its cobbled footpaths and colourful market square, with a wide selection of restaurants, bars, cafés, shops and markets. The golden sandy beach of Meia Praia, which offers many water sports, is a 4-minute drive or 20-minute walk away. The Palmares, Boa Vista and Penina golf courses are a 5-15 minute drive away. Children will love the numerous water parks, as well as other theme parks, which are only a 30-minute drive away.
