This completely updated home is the perfect location to get anywhere you might want to go in Austin. Though it's in one of the hottest neighborhoods in Austin, the street is very quiet. Just a few minutes from the airport and from downtown, this house has three bedrooms, each with a comfy queen bed, and two completely updated bathrooms.

Relax under the covered back patio with hammocks for lazy afternoons. Walking distance to some of Austin's best restaurants, bars, and food trucks. Just half a mile from the gorgeous hike and bike trail.

Five-star quick stay for graduation

We had a very great and comfortable stay at Julie's property. Everything was as advertised and Julie did a wonderful job communicating the check-in process and even had abooklet with restaurant recs and things to do around the city. Notably there was a wasp nests right outside the front door and when we informed Julie, she came right over and took care of it. We were only in town for a short time, but we're impressed with the whole property and Julie.

Pre-game for a retreat

A group of friends and I stayed here for the weekend to pre-game before a week long retreat just outside the city. This location was absolutely perfect to experience the Austin vibes. The host was absolutely phenomenal and exceeded our expectations. I even realized last minute that I had a work call that would run past the checkout time. The host graciously gave us a later. checkout and it was perfect!

We were sick the entire time, but that's not the owner's fault

The space was ample and pleasant. I just wish we hadn't been so sick with the flu that it ruined our entire stay in Austin. The house was comfortable and pleasantly decorated.

Great stay in a great arwa

We stayed with Julie while in town for a friends wedding. She was very responsive during the arrival process and accommodated us with early check in. Easy walking to nearby eats and drinks, would stay with her again.

Julie was a wonderful hostess. Gave all info in timely manner including recommendations for restaurants and places to visit and activities. Her place was comfortable and located close by to restaurants and places of interest, including downtown, hiking trails and transportation to F1 site. Definitely would recommend to stay at Julie's place.

Great stay for our Adult family

We attended a wedding and had family arriving from all over the country. This house was absolutely perfect...we were able to gather in the backyard for coffee in the morning, and enjoy afternoon appetizers while waiting for friends to arrive from Europe. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed! It's close to the airport, great food and bars are within walking distance. The layout of the house is great, with two bedrooms at the front of the house and one near the backyard. Everything was super clean and Julie was able to provide two coolers that we need for a river cruise. We would definitely stay here again :) Thanks for this great spot in a wonderful, safe neighborhood!

Perfect for a laid back girl's trip. Several bars and restaurants within walking distance or a quick Uber ride downtown. Kitchen was stocked with the basics, access to laundry, and great backyard for morning coffee or chill evening.

Awesome place in East Austin!

The home is beyond comfortable, and the owner is great! Such an easy process! The kitchen is well stocked; the beds are comfy; the yard is great; the online photos are accurate; the house is clean; and great location! Walkable to several cool places! I highly suggest the pizza, cocktails, and music at the Central Machine Works (walkable)!

Above and beyond my expectations

This house was perfect for a girls weekend. From the start, Julie was kind enough to answer my many questions about the house and area. The house is situated in a nice neighborhood only 10 minutes from downtown Austin. It was easy to get a ride into town. Julie was kind enough to let us check in early. The house was immaculate. It had 3 nice sized bedrooms with comfortable beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. and was big enough for a few of us to be in there at one time. The back patio was wonderful for sitting outside on a nice day. It did get buggy at night, but we turned the patio fan on and it helped that. The dining room was perfect to fit a group around the table. The living room had ample seating around the tv which was nice for vegging out. The house was beautifully decorated and it truly felt like home. We had H-E-B, a local grocery store, deliver our groceries which worked perfectly. Julie gave us tons of ideas for where to eat and grab a drink. She also provided an awesome book for the stay which included things to do and places to eat in the area. It was a truly amazing weekend!

Wonderful house and hosts

We stayed for a week in the house during a business trip. It was a great place to lean back after a long day. Julie was amazing in communication and making sure we had everthing we needed. The house itself is modern and luxurious, and we will definitely book again next time in Austin.

Great East Austin Home in a quiet Neighborhood

This place was very nice! It has 3 bedrooms all with full size or queen beds. The home was very clean, and very well decorated. The living room had comfortable, stylish furniture, and a nice big screen with a bunch of streaming ready to go. The kitchen and dining room were well appointed if you wanted to cook, we made coffee, (provided) and sugar and cream(provided). We went out to eat mostly. The home is also easy walking distance to some cool breweries and restaurants. The host was super helpful as well. I highly recommend this home, especially if you have multiple adults and donā€™t want to share rooms. plan to book it again for another trip I have coming up in Austin.

excellent property and location

This very clean and comfortable property is located in a nice area with local food options within walking distance. It was lovely. The only negative is that the TV had weirdly limited channel options. Other than that, it was perfect.
