This spacious two-level home is located in the highly desired Blue Lake Springs subdivision. Outside are two large decks where you'll find a BBQ, patio furniture, and beautiful views of the golf course, providing a great setting for summertime gatherings and playing with your dogs.

The house was great - an excellently outfitted kitchen and all well stocked bathrooms, towels, extra blankets for reading under. Excellent stay overall. A slightly smoother entry code situation would've been nice. Kind of a drag when cell service is spotty at best. If giant heating stove was for guest use, it would've been nice to have some instructions. [this is identical to the feedback I left vrbo -- any chance you can sync up and share or explain to me why it benefits me to answer you twice?]

Cabin on the 9th

Overall this was a nice property. It was spacious and the downstairs stayed nice and cool as compared to other properties we have stayed at where the stairs go up to a loft that can get hot with no A/C.

Great spot to hang out and enjoy the scenery!

We had a great time with another family staying at On the 9th. We were homebound much of the trip due to weather and the house was accommodating enough for us all to have space to hang out and play games - the ping pong, foosball and extra TV space were all pluses. Love the fireplace and communal kitchen space. Will definitely be back!

Three king / rooms helped with the little ones sleeping. Limited heating systems left some of us in the cold.

Nice place to stay!!

It was a pleasant stay for family and kids enjoyed a lot. If you are a big group, this is the house to stay. Big kitchen, bedrooms and decent living room as well. I had issue with network(VRBO is not updated with latest network/password) and hot water as well. But, they fixed it once I called them. Other than that, I still enjoyed my stay and giving 5 starts!!

Time in Arnold

This property was very spacious with easy access. This worked well for our big crowd. The problem was that it was not very clean. The carpets are badly stained and the kitchen drawers are dirty. It definitely needs some upgrades.

Awesome views, some minor improvements needed

Location and Views are amazing. Kitchen is fully stocked. Spacious to house upto 4 families. Uneven heating is a big problem - looks like the top bedroom vents don't function correctly and get cold, vs bottom bedroom heater works in overdrive and gets too hot. Also, driveway is very steep and if its snowing it is hard to get out of the driveway. Only 1 car gets covered garage parking. Furniture and decor is rustic - which honestly we were ok with.

Perfect for our family vacation

Our family of five, plus dog and grandma, had a great week here. The space was great, meaning people could hang out together or in smaller groups, or even find a space on their own. It was super hot (100+Ā°F) while we were there but the downstairs rooms stayed lovely and cool and upstairs could be managed using the many fans. The only slight grumble would be the kitchen. It may well be fabulously stocked for an even larger party but it was impossible to tell as things had just been pushed into random cupboards and drawers, anywhere. We had to hunt just to find enough coffee mugs and bowls for the six of us. A relatively minor issue and probably nothing that a good sort out wouldnā€™t fix.

Large house, comfortable stay

The house is spacious, and has beds for 12 people (3 king beds, and four child ones). More can sleep utilizing sofas of course. The stay is quite comfortable with the nice parking, large kitchen, lots of space for dining and relaxing. Fast Wi-Fi is awesome. The overall feel is quite dated and worn out, so five stars would be a stretch. And I have to take another star off for less than great cleaning. The carpets very obviously weren't vacuumed, board games in closets were in a disarray, there were cigarette butts on the patio and someone's old food in the refrigerator. I contacted Vacasa, who said that they were going to notify the property manager, but didn't sound apologetic or surprised at all. One other improvement that could be made is setting the thermostat to a higher temperature prior to guests coming. It took hours before this huge house warmed up from 54 degrees to something comfortable.

OK property

Enjoyed being with the family but property had some issues. Kitchen had dirty dishes in dishwasher and no extra soap. No soap in laundry area. Garbage cans in garage were packed full. Only one small garbage bag in kitchen can with no replacement bags. Sliding door to deck was filthy. Hearth around fireplace was not cleaned. Rest of house was clean. Sheets on the beds were very old and balled up. TV in bedroom was on when we arrived and we thought there was someone in the house. Kitchen has a few old scratched frying pans that should be tossed. There were only 2 cereal/soup bowls. Kitchen was very unorganized with utensils, pot holders, serving bowls, etc. in several different places. Main bedrooms had comfy beds but not downstairs one. Pictures of the place were deceiving. Pool table in garage had damaged pool cues.There was no TV in the downstairs bedroom or the kids room. Our family enjoyed our stay overall but with the price of cleaning and fees, felt there was a lot that could have been better.

Just love this house perfect for a big family

Just love this house perfect for a big family. This is the second time weā€™ve rented this property in Arnold. My immediate family and cousins so enjoy the spaciousness, the location, and the overall feel of the place. I would highly recommend this to anyone who has a big family and likes to come up to Arnold . We will definitely stay here again if itā€™s available during our week when we come. Super fun super beautiful super fantastic!

OMG THIS HOUSE!!!

The house was amazing, it just kept giving and giving. I'm a cook and let me tell you this kitchen had EVERYTHING you'd need to prepare a meal. The beds....omg the beds, My husband and I slept so good, no complaints from the rest of the family either. There were closets full of games, old movies and books. I felt like I needed more time to enjoy all the house had to offer. The spaces were wonderfully decorated, very cozy and clean. I can't wait to go back. My husband said it was a nice area to rest. It rained and I wasn't sad about it, even that was beautiful with all the trees and the great view of the golf course off the back deck. I LOVE this house, I can't wait to go back. I feel like I need to experience every season in this home lol. WE loved it and we look forward to the next time we get to visit. Did I say that I loved the house? Just checking, cause.....I LOVE THIS HOUSE.

Good location, lacking cleanliness

Right next to Golf course, good location. Not much far from Arnold town which has gas station and grocery store. Spacious property. Has a pool table in garage and a old foosball table somewhat working. Vacasa can do with better cleaning. The bed sheets were clearly slept in. Could find multiple hair on bedding. Thankfully there were extra clean sheets in closet. Even the deck was not cleaned/washed in months. Overall needs better cleaning for the price/fees they are charging.

Fun House!

Great house, plenty of room for kids, multi family, and easy to get around, and a big plus that we could bring our dog. We had fun playing in the snow and going for hikes in the Big Trees area. This house is a great big house.

9th Hole Cabin

Great location and a comfortable layout. Could be very nice with a little work. Dishwasher leaks, one toilet leaks, rear screen slider keeps falling off the track, lower deck needs to be cleaned up and hose on upper deck has a major leak when used.

Nice cabin in a beautiful location.

This cabin is is perfect for a large family, and so beautifully located on the golf course. I rated it a 4, because it was clean, well appointed in terms of furniture, and has very comfortable beds. Would have been a five, but there were multiple ā€œsmallā€ issues that need to be addressed. Overall though- great family cabin through the seasons.

Great Location - Desperate Need of Updating

This cabin is in a great location, but it is badly in need of updating. Cabins are meant to be rustic and a bit shabby, but this one goes beyond kitsch. I think the bedding is from the 70's and pretty gross - old comforters that make you wonder how often they're washed. The deck is amazing, but the railing around it was a bit wobbly and not ideal for young kids. It had all the kitchen / BBQ items you'd want, but no dishwashing detergent, kitchen towels, paper towels and TP (beside 1 roll per bathroom). The views from the property were lovely and the management team, once you got a hold of them, were very responsive and friendly.

Good layout of the cabin and location. Hard to heat downstairs for the first 24 hours where there are two bedrooms. We finally closed the upstairs vents. Too many utensils and not enough spoons or bowls. Broken coffee maker and no staples(flour, sugar). Extra blankets on the floors of the closets, not too clean. Overall about a 3 1/2 rating since it cost $450/night for the place.
