Housing
Our house is large (165 m2), and is located 2 minutes walk from the center of the village and less than 10 minutes walk from the beach potinière, beautiful sandy beach.
In this house with its south-facing garden which shelters you from the wind, you will find all the necessary comfort for your holidays in family or / and with friends, summer or winter.
The house has:
- A ground floor with a large living room, open to the garden facing south and a bedroom (140 bed with separate toilet),
- A first floor with a parent bedroom, a bathroom + WC and a double living room with balcony facing south without opposite.
- A second floor with a bedroom (bed 160) and a large children's room of 35 m2 with 4 beds (possibility 6 children with fireside), and a shower room + WC.
Heating, wood stove, bedding very good condition, bicycles available for everyone (4 adult bikes and 1 child bike), ping pong table, table football, board games, TV, internet, ...).
