Our magnificent villa comfortably accommodates 12 people in a peaceful setting, just a 5-minute walk from Barneville beach, near the D-Day landing beaches.

Our family villa is located in Barneville-Plage. Carteret harbor is a 5-minute drive or a 30-minute walk along hiking trails from the house. You can safely launch your boat there or take advantage of the ferry service to the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey). We are 40 minutes from Cherbourg and Nez de Jobourg.

VILLA DESCRIPTION:

In the entrance hall, you will find a dressing room with a wardrobe for coats and shelves for shoes. An ironing board and iron are also available.

Our villa is brand new and comprises four separate bedrooms upstairs, accommodating a total of 12 people plus a baby cot.

Two bedrooms each have a queen-size bed (160x200cm). One bedroom has a crib and the other a desk area.

The beds are of very good quality and made up with linens for your arrival. Wardrobes with hanging space are available for your belongings.

Upstairs, there is a bathroom with a bathtub and a large shower, as well as a separate toilet.

A hairdryer is available in each bathroom.

You will find a warm and inviting space in our large living room, equipped to comfortably accommodate 12 people by the fireplace, thanks to a safe wood-burning stove with firewood provided.

The dining room has a large table that seats 12. A high chair is also available.

Free Wi-Fi and a large television are available.

The open-plan kitchen is spacious and fully equipped: dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, refrigerator, raclette/plancha grills, fondue sets, rice cooker, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, large pots and pans, and plenty of serving dishes to enjoy local specialties, especially seafood.

An adjoining utility room includes a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a second refrigerator, and a freezer. Bicycles are available for guests' use in the garage.

CLEANING:

Cleaning is not included in the price. The house must be left in the same condition as you found it. If you wish, you can contact the person who gives you the keys to book a cleaning service.

OUTDOORS:

The garden is fully enclosed and features garden furniture, a large table and benches, a pétanque court, and a ping-pong table.

A barbecue is also available. A jacuzzi for up to 6 people is available for your use in the garden. CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED BY AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES.

You can park at least 5 cars in front of the house in a gated parking area.
