BEST RENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER!!

Owners of the Ruidoso condo do not miss a beat regarding informing guests of everything they need to know, or would like to know, about the condo, Ruidoso/surrounding area recreational opportunities, and detailed restaurant recommendations. So very helpful when visiting an area for the first time. Owners are also diligent about checking in (e-mail/text) during visit. Though we encountered nothing that required their attention, I am confident that their response would have been timely and appropriate. It is difficult to find rental properties that accept pets that are as immaculate as this property was. We thoroughly enjoyed downtime with our 8-lb fur baby. And the views, enjoyed the most specular sunrises each morning on the expansive deck. We plan on returning again for the perfect getaway!

As advertised!

Everything was lovely, well managed, and close enough to everything yet quiet and away from the hubub! Coffee on the deck was nice and there is plenty of space with well appointed necessities to make it feel easy while you’re there. We will come back!

The cabin was good; didn't like that the master bedroom was upstairs; didn't see that in the pictures. Being 70, and a high altitudes, was challenging at times. The downstairs twin bedroom had a film of dust all under the beds; kitchen was nice; deck was nice; the water in the bathrooms had a bad smell (like sewar) when you turn the water on in the sink. Loved having the washer/dryer , huge plusWould have been helpful to have clothes hangers in the closets. We enjoyed our stay, the climate, and the owner(s) Michele was super responsive and helpful.

Perfect

We had a such a great stay at the cabin. Like others have said, the cabin is stocked with about anything you need. The kitchen has the pots and pans you'll need, cooking utensils, and items for the gas grill. The fridge is big and washer and dryer work great. There is a lot of privacy if you want it but tons of windows to lighten it up during the day. Beds are really comfortable as well. The views off of the deck (3 sides of the house) are incredible. You can see for miles! The location was perfect. There are restaurants, gas stations, and a grocery store very close and it's only a couple of miles to the main street with all the touristy stores. The owners are really nice and will answer any questions you have. This is easily 5 stars! We hope to come back and stay again.

Perfect Getaway

We have stayed at the Sunrise Mountain house multiple times and have enjoyed it every time! It’s in the perfect spot because it’s super close to everything yet just off the Main Street enough that traffic noise is not an issue at all. The view from the patio in the morning while you’re sitting and enjoying coffee is what we go for! The house is always clean and well equipped with everything we need and their instructions/communication before, checking on upon arrival and after leaving is really top notch!! That is truly something I appreciate! I’m never left wondering what to do or where to find them. Jim and Michele make themselves easily accessible if needed. This is our favorite house to stay at in Ruidoso!

Awesome stay at the cabin

The cabin is excellent , kitchen is well stocked and location is perfect in terms of accessibility to the Winter park and restaurants. We would definitely come back if we are back in Rudioso

Beautiful getaway

Beautiful property in a quiet and tranquil neighborhood. Enjoyed the beautiful views, saw some beautiful elk/deer. Cozy, clean and very comfortable home. The wraparound deck is a definite plus. We loved our stay here and will definitely be coming back.

Great Vacay

We had a wonderful vacation and loved this cabin. It has a wonderful view - we saw elk right by the cabin and also a doe that had just delivered twins just a few yards away from the deck! The best part though is the location. Only a few blocks off of Mechem, it is very conveniently located!

Simply Perfect

This Cabin is absolutely perfect for a group of 6. It’s very cozy and the views are unbeatable. Huge outdoor deck really allows you to feel your surroundings. The grill and fireplace makes you feel at home. We saw wild horses and elk in the neighborhood each day that further added to the ambience. And the location couldn’t be better… 5-15 minutes from everything in the area. 6 minutes away from the shops on their main street. We were home from dinner in no time. The hot water was also important for us. We took the hottest showers after being out in the cold all day. And the cleanliness of the entire cabin make us very comfortable and relaxed.

Wonderful Stay

Our recent stay in Ruidoso was made much better by our stay in your cabin. While isolated and private , the cabin was convenient to Meacham and Sudderth. The location of the cabin afforded us both remarkable views from the porch and balcony. Further, we found the cabin to be well maintained. Thank you for being wonderful hosts!!!❤️🌲❤️

Wonderful Cabin!

Such an absolutely comfortable, cozy cabin! We love the wraparound porch, and the beautiful view! Great location it’s just minutes away from everything in town! The host was so kind and even let us check out late since our daughter got sick. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Cabin in the Mountains!

We just returned from our Thanksgiving vacation after spending 4 days in this beautiful home. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well appointed. We played games on the round table in the main room as well as enjoyed the beautiful sunsets from the porch. We were lucky to see a brief snow event which made our experience even more special. Our hosts were always available with helpful information (thanks for the referral to K Bobs for Thanksgiving dinner - YUM!) and responded promptly to all of my emails and texts. Also, the location is perfect with shopping and restaurants only minutes away. I hope we are able to return soon as there is so much more to explore! You can't go wrong if you choose to rent this cabin.
