Nice home and in a convenient location

We enjoyed our stay and felt very much at home from the very start. This home is well supplied with everything you might need. The owner was responsive whenever we had a question. No complaints.

Vacay in Tucson

The property was perfect for us. It was meticulously clean and very well appointed. Everything that we needed (and more) was provided within the property. We found the TV a little difficult to navigate and lacking in sports channels (March Madness), but it was not a great inconvenience. We are looking ahead to 2026 and returning for a longer stay.

Fun in Arizona.

Property was clean and well furnished with everything we needed. All we needed was clothing and groceries. We were centrally located to all the things we wanted to see and do. Host was great to deal with and community was very welcoming.

Great location/Home

The home was great. The kichen was fully stocked with everything that you would have in your own kitchen. The community were all wonderful and friendly. We are definitely planning to schedule a stay next year Kathryn was great.

The property is in disrepair in a lot of ways and all cupboards, shelves and medicine cabinets are stuffed to capacity with repetitive products. There's peeling paint in the master bathroom, the master tub is cracked (we didn't try it as a bath only a shower). The front door lock isn't usable with a code and the back door is temperamental with the entry code. The VRBO listing said there was a POD and Drip coffee maker, the Drip coffee maker was still on the counter however broken beyond use. When I messaged the owner; her answer was "Oh well there's a POD machine". We bought and left a drip coffee maker. The filter on the refrigerator water dispenser needed replaced but wasn't fixed during our stay despite me messaging her the model number necessary. The water and ice dispenser on the refrigerator were too filthy to use anyway. The pool was warm but dirty when we 1st arrived then after it was cleaned it was freezing cold as was the hot tub for several weeks. The items stocked were mostly repetitive with a lot of expired products. With the owner's permission I threw out 7 trash bags of expired food and cleaning products with exp. dates up to 13 years ago. I left some. The bedrooms have no chest of drawers, the living room recliners recline on their own. The bottom was falling out of the bedroom chair and the legs off that stool. It's missing a mixer, ladle, sieve but has dishes/flatware/cups for 25, 4 sets of everything else.

Very nice place and convenient to all places, grocery stores, restaurant casinos, and attractions.

The host was very vigilante on answering our questions. The house was very well supplied with more than enough conveniences. We could relax and sit on porch or go to the pool to swim, lay out or just enjoy the hot tub. The club sponsored many activities through out the week. We had fun and neighbors were very friendly. We would stay there again. Very nice host!

Wonderful property manager

She was wonderful to deal with, but had a little more trouble with VRBO. For some reason my messages or my property manager's messages were not getting through so I had some trouble getting into the property upon arrival. But after finding a way to communicate directly with the property manager, everything ran smoothly. VERY well stocked house with everything provided. She was very accomodating when we had to extend out stay. Furniture and beds were comfortable! Neighbors were very nice. We felt safe during our entire visit. The community pool (was kept at 87 which was nice during the cool weather) and hot tub were cleaned M-W-F. Highly recommend this place!

Friendly neighbors

The property was just what we needed. The kitchen was very well equipped . Kathryn was a very good host, and her parents Randy and Barb who live nearby were very nice and great taking care any and all our needs. We would definitely stay there again.

Cozy house, very friendly dog-loving neighbors, great location!

Kathryn provides a warm, welcoming atmosphere from the moment you step into her cozy home. She and her father checked in at least once a month to make sure all was well. The beds were comfy, the kitchen well-stocked with utensils and spices, and the living room provides plenty of comfy seating with cozy lap throws we used during the cooler weather. This community is very welcoming, including to dogs, and provides a variety of fun activities to attend at the clubhouse. The house is well-maintained, and the housekeeper did a great job. This location is close to the San Xavier Mission, the Desert Museum, Saguaro National Park, Tubac, a casino, and all the shopping conveniences you might need. We highly recommend Kathryn's home, and would not hesitate to rent again!
