Beautiful beach house ideal for large groups. The property is centrally located between Ocho Rios and Montego Bay in the beach side community of Duncans Bay. The house boasts 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, 5 balconies, roof deck, 12 foot ceilings, pool, chef kitchen and tons of private seating areas to unwind in. The beach is white sands with little to no foot traffic with a local bar and grill. Local attractions also include Glistening waters, Martha Brae river rafting and Dunns River Falls. Transportation is available for airport transfers and tours.

Excellent Villa

We are a family of ten, grandparents, grandchildren.We chose the Villa for its location close to a beach, its pool and its size ( 7 bedrooms ). The Villa provides an excellent chef, who is very accommodating and will prepare whatever you desire. We were not sure we would use him but from the first meal on, we relied on Kacian to prepare all our meals, shop with us and create a Jamaican culinary experience which was first class. The other staff were friendly, helpful, hard working and kept the Villa in first class condition. The place is as described and the pool was great, the beach within easy walking distance and private ( usually only one to two other couples there). Dale, the owner, is first class to deal with and he answered all our questions before booking, then continued to make our stay exceptional by being available for all our enquiries and accommodating all our needs. We could not have been happier with our choice of place to stay and highly recommend it.

Best birthday yet!

I cannot rave enough about my experience at Sharkfin! Before even touching down, Dale had been nothing but over accommodating and patient. My group consisted of very needy individuals and Dale did EVERYTHING to make sure EVERYONE got what they wanted. That made it a lot easier on me for planning. The staff are beyond remarkable and kind! KC the chef definitely one of a kind. He adjusted his schedule to meet our schedule and not to mention the food was superb!! The meal plan is a MUST!!!! Makes life so much easier and enjoyable! It's a shame I couldn't bring some home!! He became more than a chef he became a friend and gave advice and made sure I was good throughout the whole trip. I appreciate him so much! Douglas and Christine the overseer and housekeeping were amazing and welcoming! They greeted us every morning with a smile and made conversation. They made sure we had everything without us even asking. Part of our group came in and the rest came at a later time and all staff waited for everyone to arrive. The house was spectacular and clean and fully stocked! The beach is within walking distance and all beach gear was provided. The house was so spacious and comfortable, it felt like home. No one wanted to leave! The view from the roof was unforgettable. The security guard kept us safe in the evening and for the night and he was extremely nice. He definitely made us feel safe and protected. This was a birthday that I could never forget. I cannot thank Dale and all the staff enough for what they have done for me and my group. Without a doubt this will be home away from home and I will be back soon!!!

Had a great time at this villa

The villa was perfect for our group. There was a lot of space, and the photos are very accurate. The area is very quiet. There is a short walk to a beautiful beach. The house staff was wonderful and the food was delicious. The chef, Kacian even made a rum birthday cake for my boyfriend. I would most definitely stay again whenever I go back to Jamaica.

Awesome and Amazing all packaged together !

I can't begin to explain how satisfied my family and I were about Dale's property. It is a one in a million rare gem. We've stayed in multiple rentals in the area, but we've honestly found our permanent rental for anytime we return to Jamaica. His staff were awesome ! The property and amenities were amazing and the food was beyond this world. Thanks again for letting us use your property! We look forward to returning in the near future

Great place!!

Dale was great with answering my questions that I had before we even arrived. We were greeted at the door when we arrived and the staff was amazing. THE CHEF was the bomb. If you want traditional Jamaican food get the chef! The food was sooooo good. KC (the chef) also accommodated my uncle and aunt who didn't want the traditional breakfast. The place was clean and no complaints. Short walk to the beach but if you want to go elsewhere Dale put us in contact with a great driver.

Girls weekend getaway/Birthday trip - 10++++++++ ratings for service, value, location & PEACEFULLNES

Our stay at Sharkin has been the most relaxing and rewarding weekends ever. I’m glad I have been given the opportunity to stay at your very homely property all thanks to Dale with true Jamaican hospitality. Our trip took a mix of 11 Caribbean and American girls to Jamaica and without hesitation I would recommend every and anyone to “Sharkfin” in Duncans Jamaica. I planned this trip for my birthday along with my girlfriends. Dale was amazing from start to finish! From the first day that I made the reservation until the day I got back to the states, Dale was readily available to assist with any questions and/or suggestions. He suggested day time activities, restaurants, etc. He knew it was my birthday and even arranged to have a birthday cake for me the night of my birthday. The cake was AMAZEBALLS btw! The house service was immaculate! Courtney, Ms. Paulette, Ms. Christine and Douglas was so good to us! The check in process was smooth as well. They even made sure we had enough towels and linen. I loved everything about this property. Best decision I made for birthday plans.. We are definitely going back and we will not stay anywhere else. Keep in mind, I visit Jamaica very often because its where I was raised. Dale, thank you for making this trip so special. Your team made everything possible and more! My first trip to Jamaica made quite an impression. If I didn't leave the house I would have been just as happy. The house was beautiful and extremely well maintained. From the front we could see the ocean and on the back, we could admire the mountains while sitting relaxing in the pool. Ms. Paulette, Ms. Christine, Me. Douglas and Courtney were phenomenal, we never wanted for anything. It felt strange when they would leave us in the evening. The food… ohh the food… I think I enjoyed that more than anything. EVERYTHING was delicious, dishes I wouldn't normally eat. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were the highlight of my day. I just returned from the house after a ladies only Birthday celebration weekend and all I can say is…WOW! AMAZING! SPECTACULAR!! This place is truly incredible. Dale’s place really exceeded my expectations. The location is amazing, I loved waking up to paradise everyday. The pool was also great. Loved that we could swim all day and relax all night - it was a perfect place for a relaxing vacation to recharge, very quiet and peaceful. The house was beautiful, clean and upgraded with many nice touches.

Birthday Vacation

The home was simply amazing. Courtney, Christine and Paulette were fantastic. The food was great and the home was clean and a short walk to a quiet private beach where we also go to enjoy some really good authentic Jamaican food as well. Wayne and Billy accommodated all our transportation need and were very patient with our group Billy suggested a few places for us to visit which was very helpful. Towels were always available and there was always someone to answer our questions. I would have like more hot wate for showers but it worked out fine. Dale was very responsive and provided all the details we needed. Overall I had great time I absolutely love the house and would stay there again and recommend it to my friends and family. Thank you all for everything. We greatly appreciated you.
