A fully outfitted bar area (alcohol not provided), a beautiful BBQ area with a large gas grill, and a spacious 20x40 ft pool with loungers and pool towels ensure an exceptional stay. What started as a simple idea grew into a labor of love. Inspired by the elegance of Italian architecture and the warmth of countryside living, every corner of the villa was crafted with intention. The courtyard was designed as the heart of the home—a place to gather, share stories, or stargaze on quiet nights. The pool and open-air spaces were created to invite guests to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with what truly matters.
As the land evolved, something magical began to happen: peacocks arrived. First one, then two, until today they proudly roam the estate, adding beauty, color, and a sense of wonder. Guests often say the peacocks feel like guardians of the property, welcoming each visitor with their graceful presence.
