Close to Florida Keys, Everglades, Coral Gables & MIA Airport. Miami Beach, Coconut Grove, Brickell, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, Midtown, and Design Districts.

Nice area and perfect location. Great local joints (Sandbar & Black Point Marina Restaurant). Far enough from the hustle and bustle of Miami but only an hour drive if you want to go into Miami would highly recommended for the price.

Nice Getaway

This is an amazing little studio that worked perfectly for the reason I was there. Quite neighborhood and easy to get in and out with quick access to US1. Will definitely recommend!

Just the Right Tough

All the amenities and environment, in a location convenient to attractions, activities and tours (from Coconut Grove to Key Largo and the Glades), to provide for a relaxing experience with late night walks around the lake and a sunrise game of tennis before a dip in the pool is all right here. Moreover, the room is just the right size to spread out, relax, transition between activities in a most convenient and relaxing manner, away from the crowds and commotion. We feel refreshed and had the best place from with to enjoy it all during our stay.

Spacious and Stocked

Clean comfortable place to easily accommodate two couples vacationing in South Florida. It has everything we need to relax and eat in, saving the time and expense of dining out. Beautiful neighborhood with a Caribbean flare... looking forward to returning.

Great, basic place

We were in town for the weekend and really just needed a place to sleep and shower and this was perfect for that. My only complaints are that the noise from people above us walking was awful. It woke us up numerous times. The other thing was we wished the shower got a bit hotter. Other than those two and missing hand towels in the bathroom, this was a great location and little spot. Would recommend if you’re wanting just the basics.

Perfect neighborhood

It was spotless, brand newly remodeled. Exactly like the photos! Also near everything by 20 miles. From south beach to the stadium to the airport. Super nice family friendly neighborhood. I would stay again and recommend a friend.

Clean and Safe

I came down for a weekend at the racetrack. The property was clean and perfect for what I needed! My only "complaint" is that it is the converted garage of a home, which has stairs right above the bed. Not sure if it's the owner or another listing, but I could hear music and what sounded like a herd of elephants walking across the floor. :) Being just me, it wasn't a big deal.

Nice clean property

The inside is exactly as pictured, nice clean simple space. It's a garage converted to a studio so no windows, good for sleeping in lol. Only thing was there were people staying in the house, and the footsteps from the room above can be loud when we were trying to sleep.

Charming Property Near the Hospital – A True Gem!

I recently stayed at a delightful property near the hospital where my mom was hospitalized, and it was an absolute gem. The location was incredibly convenient, allowing me to be close to her while still having a peaceful place to rest. The host was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making the entire experience even more pleasant. The environment was cozy and comfortable, providing just the right mix of relaxation and hominess. The pool was a highlight of the stay – clean, well-maintained, and perfect for unwinding after long days or weekends. I also loved the pond, where I spent time fishing. It was a lovely escape and helped me recharge during a stressful time. Overall, this property was exactly what I needed – peaceful, welcoming, and conveniently located. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming and comfortable stay!

Inexperienced traveler

I was uninformed about the checking process the information on the website was extremely vague and I was frustrated that there wasn't somebody that I can call and talk to the AI check was frustrated because I had specific questions when I was in town and I found out I couldn't even get information of check out I was very frustrated however the manager who my wife and I were texting did reach out to us and gave us an explanation and we had to wait for them to give us the exact location of where we were going so to us being inexperienced Travelers it was a lot of Cloak and Dagger things that we were unaccustomed to so there was a lot of frustration cause we were uninformed on how it worked but it was fine we were able to do what we needed to do when we got there and everything went smoothly after that and we still unaware of check out time so we just needed more information

Since the beginning

Right after booking and confirmed, manager write us that they are not 6 nights available only 5, that she did not how the system let us get confirmed. After that we did not reimbursed for the full night only partial. Secondly we did not get check in instructions till an hour before check in time. Apartment had a bad smell do to bad plumbing job at the shower, also a water leak in the closet that could cause problems if we did not catch on time. And if it was this was not enough, accidentally left a electric tooth brush behind and when asked for it, we were told that all items get discarded at cleaning. Manager of this property was lack of professionalism. AVOID

Pre-stay, technical issues abounded. Reservation wasn't on VRBO, only able to communicate with host intermittently. Host waited until last minute to provide check-in details even though the stay was prepaid months b4! Further, Expedia provided poor customer support. Dire need to assuage customer unfamiliar with VRBO & the area. Finally received an unsigned text from a GA phone number associated with a business there while en route to property that I was hoping was legit & hoping to get the code to get in. One should not be sweating bullets! I took a chance in replying to the text, and fortunately it wasn't a shady character, but the host, who again did not sign the text. No "I hope you enjoy your stay" or "Thank you for choosing my/our VRBO property": such courtesies are far and few these days. The first night, had upstairs renters with a lot of pacing. Fortunately, they went to sleep at 10:30 and left the next day, with no replacement. On the plus side, nice and modern unit. One GFCI plug was off-kilter (kitchen). Few outlets, 2 USB: suggest bringing a multiplex. No table lamp. Used microwave's night light initially, later found switch 4 just kitchen lights. Suggest labeling disposal switch, too. Plenty of towels. Comfortable beds. The counter inside the unit is very convenient for laying out one's things for the next day. TV and streaming options. Pool location a mystery. Need to be clear about what's recyclable and where, as neighbors deposited in incorrect receptacle.

This stay was a great experience! Everything was as described! It was clean when we arrived and Jo was very fast with responses as I had a package delivered and Amazon delivery folks never check the delivery instructions! I Would definitely use again! It was a tad bit noisy with the occupants upstairs but that is just life and how things work in “shared/attached” living!
