This spacious 3BR/2 BA home is remodeled & has a fireplace. The kitchen is well-equipped with essentials for gourmet cooking. 55" 4K SmartTV & Amazon Echo. Comfortable Beds. We've got all the creature comforts of a nice hotel. Make your Montana memories right here at GGG. Perfect for fly fishing/ski visitors/MSU events.

This Montana property features a rural setting and comforting accommodations to make your getaway amazingly unique and relaxing! Enjoy easy access to downtown Bozeman, outdoor activities, and Yellowstone National Park!

Attached garage is empty and available for cars, drift boats, ski gear, paddleboards, bicycles and other fun stuff. Property can accommodate RVs for a small extra charge.

We live in nearby Bozeman and are always available for questions and tips to make your getaway as close to perfect as possible.

The home is in a peaceful location yet close to the city of Bozeman and ski resorts. Go to downtown to try the area's tasty cuisine, browse through the local farmer's market, and head to a lively brewery to try local beers and enjoy live music.

The GGG is only 14 minutes from the Bozeman Airport. Uber is also available in the area.

GGG is the Upper Unit of a duplex. It has a private entrance and garage. Currently, in the summer months, we provide two portable air conditioners for the dining room/kitchen area and main living room only. Temperatures at night in Bozeman drop to the 40s and 50s in the summer. Summer daytime temperatures average in the high 70s and 80s. We have ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms and living room.

We ended our Yellowstone vacation with a 2 night stay at the Gallatin Gateway Getaway. It was a great way to end our trip. Bozeman airport was 15 minutes away. The house was beautiful and we made the most out of the spacious firepit and backyard. Our hosts was awesome to deal with and I highly recommend this property.

Excellent accommodations, close to everything

Everything was as expected, easy to check in, and clean and organized. It does list a fireplace. The fireplace is not in working order. It also would be nice to have TVs in the master bedroom. But then again, you don't come here to sit and watch TV. I would definitely stay here again.

Holiday 2023

My family of four and my parents stayed in the house for Christmas to visit my brother in Bozeman. My brother lives less than a half mile down the road. It was perfect location, close to Hot Springs and easy on drive to Big Sky for skiing. There was plenty of space, beds were comfy, and the sitting room was ample for Christmas celebrations. Thanks for sharing this space! We will rent again if possible.

Beautiful Sunsets in Bozeman

A well maintained, new remodeled upscale home. Gorgeous sunsets from dining area. Private garage with interior access a plus. Beautiful kitchen and spacious living room. Quick access to I-90, and 10 minute drive to old town Bozeman. Master bath very small but workable.

Perfect in Every Way

I honestly cannot imagine why you would consider staying at any location other than this home. It was CLEAN (thank you, owners) and tastefully decorated (I really liked the flooring throughout the home and the tiling in the showers, too--The home just made you feel comfortable). It was in a great location for getting wherever we wanted quickly and easily (escape room, mall, hot springs...), and it did not even have a bunch of extra add-on fees like some do when booking. The large dining area in the home is surrounded by windows on 3 sides that offered a panoramic view of the mountains putting the sun to bed each night. The dining area had ample room to hold the folding table we brought up with us for scrapbooking in addition to its large dining table (fellow scrapbookers will understand). The showers have great water pressure (yes, that matters to me!), and the rental was well-stocked with supplies (even towels for the hot springs which I did not have the forethought to bring). This property comes with use of a garage (which was especially nice since it snowed while we were there), and you have access to the home through the garage. The owners were accommodating with an early check-in request, and when we arrived, we were surprised to find a bottle of wine, gourmet caramels, and a welcome card set out to greet us among other thoughtful touches in the home. It was an enjoyable stay perfectly suited for our purposes. There were 5 adult women in our party, and none of us would hesitate to come again.

The house was perfect for our six family members. The layout of the house allowed for dining together and the living room layout had two separate seating areas with comfortable furniture.

You Won't Be Disappointed!!!!!

From the moment you arrive, every turn from the driveway and throughout the house is nice, neat, tidy, clean and comfortable. The check-in process — EASY. On-line property description is accurate, and perhaps even better in person. All communication was very prompt and polite. The location is perfect. Just far enough out of town to be quiet and peaceful as well as have beautiful views. At the same time, close to anything you would need. The only reason we gave it a 4 on location is that it is on a larger road, with a bit more traffic than expected. Still not a problem at all. Still, I highly recommend this property and manager. Thank you!!!

Perfect Bozeman Stay

I've rented a few VRBOs, and this one was by far our favorite. The property owner was amazing and let us check in early when our flights from California landed a few hours before check in time. He and his wife were super accommodating! The property is absolutely gorgeous. Super plush lawn for our little girl to run around and the view was WOW! I would absolutely love to be there in the winter to see the view from the dining room. The house looks like it has been professionally decorated, and the beds were comfortable. The only thing I would recommend is listing the play pen as an accommodation as we went and bought one for our 11 month old to sleep in then found one in the closet by the front door the next day. Thank you for an excellent stay! We will be staying again!

Made Dropping our Daughter at College for the First Time a Little Easier

We stayed in Ted’s house for four nights as we prepared to drop our daughter off at MSU. The property is beautiful and clean, the view from the dining room window is wonderful, and there is a large backyard with a view. We would definitely stay in this home again when we visit Bozeman!

Spacious getaway

There was plenty of space for our family of five to spread out. There was a large, fully stocked kitchen, spacious breakfast table overlooking the back of the property, outdoor seating and comfy beds. The linens were also top notch and felt as though we were in a luxury hotel. Everything was very clean upon check in as well. A few things to be aware of, the property does not have air conditioning in the rooms. They had a unit in the room off the kitchen (dining room), but it was so hot from the sun beating in, it didn't cool down that much. The property did provide fans for each room (it was unseasonably hot during our visit). We slept with the windows open for a cross breeze and that seemed to help. Overall, I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It's close to anywhere you would want to go, without a long commute and the inside and backyard are gorgeous.

Montana vacation

The property was very comfortable. It was well furnished and decorated. The owners furnished the little things you often forget-- coffee, seasonings, and cleaners, etc. The owners were very responsive to any questions. We had a wonderful stay at the property.

Luxury in Four Corners

Our family of 5 stayed here at the end of our week in Yellowstone. The house is beautifully decorated & very comfortable. The views from the back dining area are wonderful as well as the great back yard. We loved the comfy beds, luxurious showers and updated kitchen. The owners were very gracious and went the extra mile to make it a special stay. We highly recommend!

We had a great stay in this beautiful home.

Everything we needed was available from check in until check out. Home is so comfortable with nice linens, beds, use of garage and lovely kitchen. Looking forward to staying next time we Come to Montana.

Lovely

We had everything we needed and sunset views on top. It was quite warm while we were there, but the ceiling fans helped and, as promised, thing cooled down after sunset. Ted is a great communicator and very helpful. We enjoyed meeting other guests on the property around the fire-pit. I was grateful for the garage to keep the car cool in the shade. We had a great visit and would stay there again.

Great location for skiing Big Sky and Bridger

We had nine people from two families stay at the Gallatin Gateway Getaway. There are two separate units with full kitchens in both (separate bookings for both). The upper unit is bigger with a fabulous view of the mountains to the west. The kitchens are stocked with the basic necessities for cooking and eating meals, and both units have a washer and dryer. There was a bottle of wine and a welcome card from the owners upon our arrival, and the owners were very responsive when we had issues. I definitely recommend this house if you want a quiet country house away from main street and 4-corners traffic and hassles.

It is important to me to live everyday to the fullest, because you never know what’s around the corner. I love adventure, travel, great food and good friends, preferably all at once. What I'm after can't be purchased.
I'm blessed with three amazing, smart and beautiful daughters, and a caring, intelligent and handsome son. My wife is not a one in a million kind of girl. She is a once in a lifetime kind of woman.
Life is too short to have just one dog, so my two Australian Shepherds accompany me on most of my outdoor adventures. Never underestimate the power of a sloppy kiss and a wet nose on a bad day.
I was born in California and lived in a small copper mining town in Arizona from the age of 10 until I was 17. Both places I consider my home, but today I live in Bozeman, Montana, where the lifestyle matches my love for the outdoors.
I have an older brother and two sisters. All of us are very different and each of them have chosen unique paths in life.
My father was my hero and my mother is a very honest, independent and spiritual soul.
I'm a serial entrepreneur and love creating things. I currently am involved in two startup companies and maintain a boutique creative agency.
