Upscale Rustic Condo with Private Hot Tub, Fiber internet and 2 car Garage

This condo is located in Desert winds drive about 3 miles South of downtown Moab. Building was finished in Late July of 2018. The condo is gorgeous and professionally designed furnished and decorated. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a King bed with a 55” flat screen 4K smart tv. The second bedroom has 2 deluxe queen beds. The 3rd bedroom has 3 sets of twin bunk beds for kids or large groups. Additionally there are 2 queen pullout couches. One in the living room and one is in the upstairs loft. All in all this luxury condo sleeps 16 people! All the mattresses are high end comfortable mattresses Serta or Sealy, purchased locally, not sent in on Amazon. You will sleep in comfort! The condo boast 3 large 4K TVs equipes with YouTube tv to watch live shows and sports. A 65” TV is located in the loft and two 55” TVs are downstairs. One above the fireplace and one in the master Bedroom. The condo boasts fiber internet speeds rated at 1Mgb/1Mgb. Fast enough for everyone to do everything you could possibly want. The condo is complete with natural wood furniture, granite countertops throughout, and beautiful recessed lighting. On top of the 2 car Garage there is additional trailer parking on the side of the condo available to all guests of Desert winds guests. This condo is extremely well appointed and very comfortable. You will feel like you are on vacation when you arrive, and throughout your stay. The patio is complete with a fire table, a natural gas grill, and outside dining area. The condo is a 4 minute drive to downtown Moab and about a 10 minute drive to Arches National Park. There is so much to love about Moab and about this condo! You will truly enjoy your stay!

Family of 4 with 2 teens

Overall was a nice piece of property in a great location. We would stay there again. I feel like the bed in the master bedroom could be updated. Great space and a comfortable home to return to after a day of outdoor adventures.

We had a great time in Clay’s condo. It is very convenient for Arches, canyonlands, dead horse state parks. We are all into hiking and many hikes. It snowed once, had high winds, but overall was great.

UTV vacation

We had 3 couples, 3 trucks with UTV trailers. We were a little concerned about parking before we arrived….had plenty of parking for our 5 day stay. Very nice & clean condo….beds comfortable…jacuzzi perfect after a long day riding and each bedroom had its own bathroom & shower! Would definitely check this unit out again next time we come to Moab!!

No dish soap, sponge/or! dirty dishes in the cabinets. no shower soap/wash.

6 people 4 nights 6 rolls toilet paper. extremely dirty dishes pans glasses were put away in the cabinets, no dish soap, sponge or dish rag to wash anything. No bathroom product in any of the bathrooms. We had to go out immediately for dish soap, sponge so we could wash the pots pans glasses plates before we used anything. The unwashed cookware and dishes would have been as much an issue if there was dish soap and dish rag or sponge to wash them. The rest of the house was just fine. Low quality sheets pillows and some beds but overall ok.

Nice Place to Stay

This was a nice place to stay. The hot tub was a hit with the kids. Location was just far enough out of town that it was away from the major traffic but close enough we could run in and get dinner without a lot of hassle. Check in was a breeze and no major issues while we were there.

Loved the Location

This condo in Moab was great for our group of ten. The kids really enjoyed staying in the bunk bed room! It was so convenient to Arches National Park and downtown Moab.

Moab offroad

Stayed here with friends for a week to ride 4x4 trails. We had 3 trucks with large trailers and it easily accommodated us. Plenty of room and excellent Floorplan. Highly recommend!

A week spent with friends

We couldn't be more pleased. It was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and Clay was always prompt to answer questions by email and also by phone. Can't recommend highly enough.

The Arches and Canyonlands

Clay was spot on when I reached out to him, always very attentive. The check-in process was easy. We had a garage for our use that was very convenient. However, the cleanliness of the house was just okay! I found dirty dishes in the cabinets and the laundry from the previous renters were still in the dryer. The kitchen was not well stocked. Overall, the location was great, but the house for being newer needs some attention.

Nice rental

This was a nice rental approximately 8-10 minutes north of Moab. The rental was nice and clean. It could use a deep cleaning, new king mattress (really needs replacing) and some additional kitchen supplies (baking sheets and additional drinking glasses, for example). The living area was small for the number of beds available. It was great for a short 2-night stay but would have been very cramped for much longer.

Hot, dry, but lovely stay.

As advertised, nice stay. Would recommend to anyone coming to Moab. Only recommendation would be to investing in some sort of shade for the back patio.

Great location

It was right outside of the hustle and bustle. Close to the golf course and Mill Creek hike. 6 minutes to the store. The owner was very responsive and great to work with. We completely enjoyed our stay!

Moab family condo

This property worked great for our group! We had 7 kids and 4 adults and there was plenty of room. The bunk room is great and has space for a pack and play if you need one. The other rooms were spacious as well with nice beds and extra blankets and pillows if you need. Multiple tvs so the kids were able to watch one and the adults could watch one . The kitchen was well stocked and even had children's plates, cups and silverware. The hot tub was great too! We would for sure stay here again!

Thanksgiving

The condo is lovely and stocked better then other vrbo’ see have rented. The garage was a bonus since we used it as the adult poker room, the children’s gingerbread house decorating center and the main closet/storage area. The grand babies also loved the hot tub.

Wonderful property, close to Moab with private hot tub and fire pit

Beautiful, clean property with fierplace, fabulous kitchen, private fenced in hot tub, fire pit, washer and dryer <3 miles from Moab. Owner is exceedingly responsive and very helpful. Great experience!

Jeeping vacation

We had a group of 10 of us that stayed here for a week. The place was clean and well maintained. Everyone was impressed with how nice the condo was. Plenty of clean linens, pots, pans, and utensils. Beds were very comfy, I am actually upgrading my mattress at home to similar ones now. Plenty of parking, clean quiet area. When we come back to Moab we plan on staying here again.
