This beautiful 3 bedroom / 2 bath home can comfortably accommodate 6 guests, or up to 8 guests with the assistance of a queen air mattress. Spend your days golfing at Coral Canyon Golf Course; enjoy 20% off from staying at Golfer's Escape! If golfing is not your forte, take full advantage of being across the street from Coral Ridge amenities, and lounge by one of their two pools for the day. Enjoy barbequing out back, while the kids play on the grass, and the desert sun sets over Coral Canyon Golf Course. End your day with a family movie night in the living room, with a Smart TV and cable, your movie options are endless! Good

While there are lots of features about this property that are quite positive. It's beginning to look a little tired inside. The bed in the master bedroom is falling apart, has duct tape on all the legs and the headboard bangs against the wall when you roll over. When you strip the bed on check out, you see the stains on the pillows and mattress cover. Upholstered kitchen furniture also has the same duct tape on it. The cabinets and drawers seem to have an accumulation of clutter and mismatched items. Some items are more than well used and take away from the desire to use them. While floor mats warm a tile floor, the mats throughout this house are very used and seem dirty We have stayed in this development before and our last rental, we said we would stay again, not sure we would rebook this property. This is a feedback for you only and will not be posting this publicly.

Replaying golf in Utah was revitalizing

We completed our bucket list of playing top100 public golf courses at, and shortly after, our last stay at this home. We are now replaying at some of our favorite locations and Utah is one of them. Staying at 1919 Coral Ridge was not only convenient but very comfortable, functional, stylish, and clean. Sunset views are stunning overlooking the golf course from the living and master rooms.

Washington getaway

Great location. Close to everything we needed. Zion was 45 minutes away. Pool was right across the road. Would stay here again. Enjoyed sitting in the backyard under the tree.

Coral Ridge 1919 review

Overall the stay was excellent. Very nice and well appointed home. Kitchen was well equipped. Communication with manager for check in and out was very good. One suggestion: the master bedroom mattress is long overdue for replacement. Other beds were reported to be fine, but master is not. Made sleeping difficult.

Perfect for Soccer Tournament Stay

We’ve been staying at Coral Ridge with our large family for over a decade for Presidents Day soccer tournaments. We love it and wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Great location, needs a couple updates...

Owning a vacation rental ourselves ( in AZ) just a couple of quick thoughts to make this house even better! First, we would recommend a stay here. Great spot, lovely home! Mattresses & bedsheets need an “update”. TV/streaming options a little confusing, so maybe a posted note explaining that to guests? Need a “Keurig” or similar. Our carafe was kinda hidden in a cupboard, filters in another cabinet, and previous guest, (or the maids) didn't clean it from previous guest. Should have a few water bottles in fridge for guests (just like Costco brand, something inexpensive). Water pressure for shower in main bath very low. Maybe there is a water restrictor in the shower head? We learned these type of small items ourselves from guests :-). Thanks!!

“Perfect”

Our family had a wonderful experience at this home. It was clean, spacious, had a well equipped kitchen and beautiful views. We hiked daily in Zion as well as the nearby State Parks and Bureau of Land Management areas. This home was nicely located to access all of these. We would definitely return to this residence if we ever vacation in southern Utah again. It renewed our faith in VRBO after a less than ideal experience 1 year ago in Estes Park, Colorado. Thank you for the great memories!

Nearly perfect. If it were mine I would repair or replace dining area seating and have the huge windows washed to better enjoy the amazing views

Great place to stay!

Great place to stay! Cozy, family oriented home on nice property, close to swimming pool, a community pond, and a view of the golf course. Floor plan really worked for our family, and use of the attached garage was a major perk. We would glady stay there again!

Great location

Beautiful location located right across from the pool/hot tub. Nice backyard setup overlooking the green. Older furniture and mattresses, but nice. Great towels and linens. Can’t beat the views. The only thing I’d say is this isn’t a “sleeps 8”. Three beds, and a blow up bed to put somewhere isn’t really a “sleeps 8” setup. We loved having the garage door opener access. Thank you for that. Overall a great stay!

Spectacular Home!

We couldn't have asked for a nicer home to stay in for our family vacation. The home was spacious, comfortable, full of amenities and had the most incredible sunset views. We were close to Zion, golfing, and site seeing. We hope to make this an annual vacation get-a-way home for our family.

Family stay in Washington, Utah

Comfort and Convenience

This condo is wonderful! We loved the spacious kitchen, TV area, bedtooms, master shower, and outside patio. The kitchen had a nice selection of basic cooking supplies like spices and olive oil. It is literally across the street from the community pool - SO convenient to that and I-15 and liquor store (lol).
