Amazing home

Nice place to stay, only reason for 4 star rating was ant issue in kitchen area. It was mentioned upon arriving, but it should be mentioned before arriving.

Fantastic for a large group

This home is spacious! We had a cousins trip with 9 adults and there was plenty of room for more. Clean, easy, and comfortable!

Great house

House was comfortable & well maintained. Ample sleeping space & comfortable beds. Hot tub, fireplace, air hockey & ping pong tables were awesome for our 3 boys. We didn't have access to the clubhouse the first 2 days but Red Rock got it resolved, once in, we realized the clubhouse was a letdown…pool was too cold to use and the “fitness center” only had an elliptical & a treadmill, not a single dumbbell, ball or band in sight. Kitchen needs more silverware spoons. Overall, house self-checkin & out process was great & neighborhood felt very safe.

The rental was a perfect getaway. We really enjoyed the patio, hot tub and grill. The house is clean, modern, and spacious. When we had trouble with the streaming services, they sent help over right away. I would stay here again.

We had a very good experience. The house was well maintained & it had everything we needed during our stay. The only little issue is that the water pressure in all of the showers were not very strong.

Nice location and size

The house is great. 2 family rooms, plenty of room for kids upstairs with the master down stairs. We learned really quickly that no one was interested in using the hot tub because it's way too already. Would stay again.

Family fun

We rented 3 properties on this street for a 27 person family reunion over the 4th of July holiday . This home was really nice , clean , comfortable beds , great gaming TV set up for the kids , hot tub !! We really appreciated the easy check out process at this property .St George is so fun we will definitely be Back!!

Wonderful place!

Beautiful property. Convenient location. Clean and well stocked with all amenities we needed. Especially loved the hot tub and the wonderful family time spent there! Wi-Fi wasn't working well but we just used our phones.

Clean + hosts responsive

Stayed for a week for a work trip, brought my wife and our 4 kids. Property is clean and well-appointed. Community pool is heated during the winter. We had a few problems, like the washer not working, but the hosts were responsive and worked with us. Very positive experience and a good stay.

Great location, very quiet neighborhood!

We had a pretty good stay! Overall everything was super smooth and we didn't have too many issues.There was an issue with cockroaches and it took until the day before we were leaving for the property manager to take care of it. They said they haven't had this issue before. (I am well aware that in the southern heat they can be an issue.) Not sure where they came from, but when I talked to the property manager, he had to go to the owner for any approvals and it took almost 2 days for anything to get done. I would have been happy with some roach motels dropped off or some that were in the unit, but he couldn't do anything. We had a crawling baby, so I didn't like this idea of having cockroaches. My daughter, her husband & baby left early after we didn't hear back.Other than that, the place was great! The pool was fantastic and our stay was awesome!

Great weekend stay.

The property is very nice. The hot tub was enjoyed both nights that we were there. Had a few quick games of air hockey and ping pong. Wished we had time to take the bikes out for a ride. And just a heads up for those that care; the master bedroom has a memory foam mattress. I personally find it difficult sleeping on them and had wished we would have known beforehand. Overall, I would highly recommend staying at this property .

Fun in the sun

This house wa great. Our three boys kept busy playing air hockey, riding 4 wheelers and sitting in the hot tub. House is large and everyone could spread out. There is a club house just down the street with two pools and two hot tubs. The condo is close to a gas station and Walmart was a few miles away. Sand hollow was also a few miles away and we enjoyed going over and 4 wheeling on the dunes.

Loved this beautiful home, hot tub, and quiet community!

Right off the bat, communication was great. It was easy check-in. The space was perfect for me and my three youngest kids. The kitchen and living room are comfortable. Everyone got their own bed. The pillows weren't my favorite, but we adjusted. But I liked that there were a lot of extra pillows and blankets in the closets. We did have a broken lamp, alarm clock, and headboard in one bedroom. They were quick to respond and offered to come fix it, but we just told them to do it after we checked out. The TVs were easy to use. Loved having a washer dryer. The hot tub was perfectly hot and clean and convenient. The back patio space is not fully fenced in, but there are privacy fences. This community was very quiet. The pool was about a 10 minute walk or a very short drive. Pool was a good temperature. Bring your own pool toys, though as there are none at the house to borrow. Thanks for everything.

Not Super Impressed

We had a place booked and a month before our trip, the management company told us the place was no longer available. They tried to put us a in a smaller space that would not accommodate our group size. After lots of time on the phone & speaking with a manager, we were finally put into something that fit our needs better, but we weren't impressed. It is much further from St George than our original house. There were no extra pillows for the air mattress or pull out couch. 2 of our kids had to wad up blankets to use as pillows. There were very few hooks in the bathrooms. 4-5 people sharing each bathroom, each with a swim suit, shower towel, and pool towel, and only one towel rack. The kitchen is very basic. Don't plan to cook anything fancy, you won't have the cookware/appliances/utensils to do it. The firepit outside would not turn on. The clubhouse pool is not heated like advertised. don't plan to use the firepits at the clubhouse, you can't turn them on without management, and management is never around to do it. No patio furniture on the balcony. The hot tub had a QR code to scan for video instructions, but it takes you to the crappy app that management uses. We signed a very general agreement, clearly meant for all their properties, but no further instructions were ever sent for the specific property. There was no physical guidebook in the house. It says use the app, but there is basically no information on the app. And management was not great with responding to texts.

Amazing stay!
