As you step down into the living area, you’ll find all of the furniture is brand new, including the sleeper sofa, dinette set, and a versatile coffee table that features a lift-top. The bedroom also offers two spacious closets and a dresser for maximum storage. We have also provided a clock with USB charging capability as well as USB charging outlets. The bedroom also has a remote-control ceiling fan for maximum comfort.

The bathroom has a modern vanity with a glass counter and two sinks. The tub/shower combo is new with upgraded subway tile with glass tile accents, along with an adjustable, handheld shower head. The unit features a great deal of hanging hooks to accommodate wet swimsuits and towels. Rock your cares away on the balcony in one of the two Adirondack rocking chairs while enjoying the amazing oceanfront view. The balcony also features four additional chairs and a table, so that you can enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails.

Please note that our condo is managed privately. This allows us to provide you with an updated condo and a higher level of service and cleanliness. Our guests have full access to all of the outdoor pools, lazy river, hot tubs, shuffleboard courts, as well as the poolside Tiki Bar.

Guests are prohibited from parking motorcycles and trailers on the property, and they will be towed.
