Luxury one-bedroom penthouse unit located in highly rated Beach Cove Resort. This unit has been completely renovated from top to bottom and refreshed in February 2026. As part of the renovation, all carpet was removed and ceramic wood-look tile was laid throughout.

Access is provided via a keyless entry pad with a door code that is unique to each renter. No need to stop at the front desk or wait with others to check in. Head directly to the unit upon arrival.

The kitchen features all new stainless-steel appliances including an induction cooktop, a full-size refrigerator with ice maker, and an over the cooktop sensor microwave. It is fully stocked with small appliances such as a blender, countertop oven, and slow cooker. The unit has all the cooking utensils and accessories you could ever need to make the perfect meal, as well as complete service for eight. The cabinetry is brand new and features ample storage space and soft close hinges. The counter tops are a stylish, modern granite.

As you step down into the living area, all furniture is new - including the sleeper sofa, swivel chairs, side tables, and a versatile coffee table that transforms into a dining table. It is equipped with a wall-mounted 40-inch HD Smart TV, with available Netflix. There is a remote-control ceiling fan and plenty of lighting. It also features USB charging outlets to ensure all your devices stay fully charged.

The bedroom features two brand new queen-size 14-inch memory foam pillow top mattresses and all new luxury linens. It too has a 40-inch wall-mounted, HD Smart TV that can stream Netflix. The bedroom also offers two spacious closets and a dresser for maximum storage. We have also provided a clock with USB charging capability as well as USB charging outlets. In addition, the bedroom has its own remote-control operated ceiling fan for maximum comfort.

The bathroom has a new gentleman's height vanity featuring granite countertops. The tub/shower combo is new with upgraded subway tile with glass tile accents, along with an adjustable, handheld shower head.

The unit features a great deal of hanging hooks to accommodate wet swimsuits and towels.
The balcony boasts two Adirondack rocking chairs to allow relaxed enjoyment of the breathtaking ocean front views. The balcony also features four additional chairs and a table, so that you can enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails.

Please note that our condo is managed privately. This allows us to provide you with an updated condo and a higher level of service and cleanliness. Our guests have full access to all of the pools, lazy river, hot tubs, shuffleboard courts, and the poolside Tiki Bar.

Guests are prohibited from parking motorcycles or trailers on the property and they will be towed.
