Fall in love staying in the heart of historic Park City, only steps from America's largest ski resort. This beautiful home with its natural materials and a classic mountain look fits perfectly into these remarkable surroundings. Step inside and experience the warmth and comfort of this tasteful mountain contemporary design. Step outside and walk only 3 minutes to the Park City Mountain Resort Main lift center! Wander down to the lift center in your shoes to the bottom of the lift where you will have access to a private locker for 4 pairs of skis and your boots! Yep, just walk down, get ready and hit the amazing Park City skiing! After skiing you can enjoy the wonderful home with its lovely communal rooms and cozy fireplaces or walk just a few minutes down the Old Town Stairs to Main Street where so many wonderful restaurants and great shops await you! Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own full designer bathroom. 3 bedrooms have a king size bed and the 4th bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed WITH a trundle. There is an also a pull out full sized bed in the family room. The master bedroom has a gas fireplace, walk in closet, tub for 2, shower and walk-in closet. A fantastic movie room with movie seats and surround sound awaits you for a comfy evening after skiing! OR, enjoy the new hot tub in the backyard. OR, make a great meal on the new BBQ on the front deck just off the kitchen. Using the finest materials, skilled craftsman have created your perfect Park City home. Elegant furnishing, a heated driveway, a private patio for BBQ and hot tub, a media room and a gourmet kitchen are just a few of the features that make this 4bed/4bath bath getaway a must see for anyone who appreciates their home. This home is a new listing and is available for full week rentals over Christmas and New Years and also Sundace. There is a maximum of 8 adults or 8 adults plus 4 kids allowed in this home. During Sundance and generally at all times of the year we have a very strict NO EVENTS of any kind policy. Only people staying in our home may be here. We hope and trust you will love this home and we simply and kindly ask for only quiet and respectful guests.

Quick trip to the mountains

Our family of 7 had a great visit to Park City with this beautiful house as our home base! Easy quick walk to the mountain village and ski school and not far from the restaurants & shopping on Main Street either. Can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful family trip in the heart of Park City!

Me and my family had such a wonderful time at Jill's home. The house was spectacular and was in the absolute perfect location for us, just a short walk to town and to the lifts. Jill was so wonderful at accommodating any of our requests, thank you so much for allowing us to spend a wonderful family vacation in your awesome home!

Amazing House!

As amazing as this house may look in the listing, it's even better in person. We were all so blown away by how great this house is. Jill is also is an incredibly attentive and caring host that really went above and beyond for our group. Would definitely stay here again (especially if you're in town for skiing at Park City Mountain).

Park City Spring Break

Very nice place to stay especially during pandemic. We could get take out from all the local restaurants. We have 2 teenagers so having the space and separate bedrooms was nice. Lots of storage for skis at house and the ski locker at PCMR is huge. Could walk to almost everything within 30 minutes. Jill Russo is great to work with. I would definitely be cautious if you have older family staying as the four flights of stairs may be an issue. Overall, a great stay in the town of park city.

A gem in Old Town

Jill’s home is beautiful: recently renovated, clean & well-kept. We have very high standards and weren’t disappointed in the least. Everything in the house was as described if not better. Bedrooms are ample size & many have baths en suite (master has a huge soaking tub). Kitchen is well-equipped and there is a grill off right off the deck which we used often. Furnishings are updated & in great condition, especially for a rental. Besides the movie room, there are huge TV’s in almost every room. The house is very vertical so you will be doing stairs - but this a fact of life in Old Town homes. We did not have much need to contact Jill but she was quick to respond to anything we did have questions about. She is a generous person who went out of her way to accommodate our family’s needs. We stayed for a month and thoroughly enjoyed the home’s great location super-close to Park City mountain (what an amazing rental this would be in the winter as well!) but also easy walking distance to town. Groceries are very nearby - we chose to drive since we were buying large amounts of food but you could walk if you don’t have a car. We had 3 cars and she was even kind enough to offer us her street parking pass for one of them when we needed it. Neighborhood is safe & very friendly with not much street traffic/noise which can be a concern in other Old Town rentals. Lastly, she was cognizant of COVID-19 & made sure we had 24 hrs between our arrival & the prior guest’s departure (this was at her urging, not ours). We honestly have never had such a smooth experience with a rental. We’d return in a heartbeat if we get the chance!

Perfect location, beautiful property

We had a blast. Jill made everything very easy and was immediately available whenever we needed her. We would definitely stay again. The property is well maintained and you can’t beat the location as a base amp for all you Utah adventure plans. Will stay again.

Gorgeous home in perfect location!

My family shared this home with my sister-in-law‘s family and it was perfect! The location is ideal, just a few minutes to walk to the Park City Resort base, as well as downtown Main Street. The use of the owner’s resort base locker was VERY convenient...we were able to fit six sets of skis and ski boots in the locker so we didn’t have to lug the gear back and forth. The home is well equipped with everything you need. Plenty of pots and pans, as well as miscellaneous items like salt, pepper, Tupperware, dish soap, paper towels, etc. The bedrooms were beautiful and comfortable. Jill was delightful to work with and was available for questions during our stay. She truly cared about us having a fun and relaxing family vacation. I highly recommend this home!

WOW! What a great location - close to everything.

This home is like new with all the upgrades. We loved the privacy it offered the 3 couples that stayed there. We each had our own bath and living area. There were 2 family areas, theater room, plus decks and patios. The kitchen was well stocked. We flew in from California and were thrilled that the drive and traffic was so easy from the airport. We loved that we could walk to the slopes or to the downtown area with restaurants and shops. The snow and skiing was amazing. We will definitely book another ski vacation this year. Thank you.

First Rate Rental Made Our Reunion Weekend Special

This house was perfect for the 10th annual ski trip for 3 couples and 2 singles - everyone had their own bedroom and private bathroom, we enjoyed the hot tub (though wished we could have programmed it to heat up a bit more given that it kept cooling off in the winter air during use), and we loved the relatively short walk to the Park City mountain base and our private ski locker. The kitchen was very well-equipped for our serious home cooks (including a brand new food processor, like-new appliances, gas range), though we wished for a few missing bells and whistles (vegetable peeler, meat thermometer) and small containers/bowls for cooking and storage. Loved the heated floors in the master bathroom (and mud room?), the fireplace in the main living room, the grill with natural gas hookup, the heated driveway. Had to stock hand soap for a couple of bathrooms that were out, but otherwise, toilet paper, paper towels, plastic baggies, and other staples were graciously provided. Jill was an attentive host and made us feel like we were taken care of before and during our stay. We love Park City and this house made us want to come back again, lizards and all!

Park City homes are unique they are mostly built on the hill. Many homes are very narrow. We purchased and love our home because it is on 1.5 lots which means our kitchen and living room/dining room are able to be together. I just can't imagine being in a vacation home where we couldn't cook, eat and chat all together while sitting by the fire or watching tv. I love our heated driveway and our radiant heat in the winter and of course the air conditioning in the summer is a must! It is so nice to be in a newly built home where everything works and is clean, tidy and new!
